With three ensuite bedrooms, an indoor sauna, and a large wraparound balcony, this is a stay that balances connection and comfort, whether you are visiting with family or friends.

The Space

Northwood Condo is laid out across two levels, creating a natural separation between quiet retreat spaces and open areas to gather.

Main Level

As you enter the condo, you are welcomed into a warm seating area with a fireplace, creating an immediate sense of comfort. This level also features a private indoor sauna, offering a spa like experience right within the suite.

Tucked just beyond is the first bedroom, offering a quiet and private escape.

Upper Level

Upstairs opens into a bright, open concept living, kitchen, and dining space, all oriented toward the water. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and hosting, flowing into a spacious dining area and a comfortable living room with fireplace and smart TV. Large windows and the corner positioning bring in natural light throughout the day.

Step outside to the wraparound balcony, where you will find outdoor dining, a BBQ, and a conversation area with a fire table. It is an ideal setting for slow mornings, afternoon lounging, and evenings spent outside overlooking the lake.

Additional Features
Each bedroom includes one towel per guest, along with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. An additional dark towel is provided per guest for outdoor use or sauna.
We have an In-suite laundry with washer and dryer and an additional half bathroom on the upper level.

Location and Access

Northwood Condo is located just five to ten minutes from downtown Huntsville, giving you easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, and local boutiques while still offering a quiet, waterfront setting.

Guests have access to Fairy Lake, including a shared beach area perfect for swimming, relaxing, or enjoying time by the water during the warmer months directly on the property. We do not include any water toys, or life jackets.

Huntsville offers something in every season, making this an ideal year round destination.
In the summer, spend your days on the lake, exploring nearby trails, or enjoying patios and live music in town. Algonquin Provincial Park is within driving distance and offers incredible hiking, canoeing, and wildlife experiences. In the fall, the area becomes known for its vibrant colours, scenic drives, and crisp air. It is one of the most beautiful times to visit. In the winter, you are close to skiing and snowboarding at nearby hills, along with snowshoeing, skating, and cozy evenings by the fire. Year round, Huntsville offers a mix of dining, breweries, cafes, and local shops, making it easy to fill your days or keep things simple and relaxed.
