The Hyams Honey - see the water, walk to the beach & coffee shop

Hyams Beach is a seaside village in Jervis Bay, globally renowned for its exceptionally white, sugar-like sand. The beach itself stretches for a pristine 2.8kms - all the way to Booderee National Park.

The Hyams Honey is a renovated cottage just 350m from the Beach in a bush-like sanctuary full of wildlife. Included in your stay are french flax and Sheridan bedlinen/towels, quality mattresses, high-end SMEG appliances and designer kitchenware, a weber BBQ, Sarah Ellison designed furniture, Australian and NZ sustainable furnishings, a4K UHD smart tv, reliable wifi, sonos bluetooth music indoors and outdoors .... all just a short walk from Hyams with the whitest sand.

The cottage has been renovated, and has a large deck for outdoor dining with water views on the horizon. It is so peaceful. Enjoy the free bird show (the lorikeets will usually be happy to be hand-fed) and we have 3 kangaroos that are often feeding or sleeping in the yard. You might be lucky enough to see the resident echidna.

An outdoor shower is available for washing off sand and salt.

For comfort, the property has zoned ducted heating and cooling.

Please note the driveway is steep but has been engineer-designed to allow three point turns and parking for 2 small cars.

The bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and hairdryer. Shampoo, conditioner and body/handwash is provided. Cleaning products and a dyson, as well as iron and iron board all available.

The kitchen is fully equipped with designer appliances and quality kitchenware (flatware cutlery, sharp knives, cheese knives, scissors, platters, pinch bowls etc.). Basic herbs, spices, salt, pepper and olive oil are provided. Milk and a nespresso coffee machine with some pods are provided, as well as black and herbal tea.

The outdoor deck has a Weber BBQ for guest use.

The externally accessible laundry has a Bosch washer and dryer, drying rack, with laundry powder and softener provided.

There are some board games and children's toys and books for the little ones, plastic cutlery and bowls and cups if needed.

Some Australian themed / authored books are also provided.
