The Space:
This bright and spacious harbourside apartment offers stunning views over Rushcutters Bay Marina, the harbour and surrounding parklands, creating the perfect Sydney retreat for both short and extended stays.
The open-plan living and dining area is filled with natural light from the beautiful bay windows and thoughtfully furnished for comfort, featuring a large lounge, armchairs, high-speed WiFi and a 49” Smart TV ideal for relaxing while enjoying the waterfront outlook.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, Nespresso machine, cookware, crockery and all essentials needed for home cooking and entertaining.
Both bedrooms are quiet, tastefully styled and fitted with comfortable queen beds and built-in wardrobes with ample storage space.
The apartment also features a stylish modern bathroom with shower and heat lamp, separate toilet, internal laundry facilities, and reverse cycle air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including all living spaces and amenities.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is a 5-minute walk to the restaurants, cafés and shopping of Potts Point and Kings Cross, including supermarkets and fresh produce at Harris Farm Markets. Enjoy great coffee and dining options along Elizabeth Bay Road, Ward Avenue and Bayswater Road.
Guests are also just a 5-minute walk to Rushcutters Bay Park and the popular Kings Cross Saturday fresh food market. Sydney’s iconic attractions including the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney, Sydney Opera House, Art Gallery of New South Wales and Boy Charlton Pool are all within a pleasant 30-minute walk along the harbour.
Getting Around:
Public transport is very convenient with buses to the city right outside the building. Kings Cross Station is a 10-minute walk away with easy access to the City and Bondi Junction.
Other Things to Note:
Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
