Prior to arrival the host communicated with me and sent me the code info for the key and wifi password and instructions to “make sure clean whatever u use clean all mess and no food allowed in bed” and then when my Wife and I arrived the place was a disappointment right away as was advertised as a 3 bedroom but was only a 2 bedroom unless someone was sleeping on the couch on the back porch area??. The place was very dirty, the air fryer was dirty and we had to clean it and the dishes from the cupboard were dusty and dirty, there were mouse droppings on the counter area near the sink and dead flies and mold in the fridge drawer. We had to clean the toilet and shower floor and above the shower head there were many spider webs and the shower door kept coming off when trying to get in to shower.There was no axe for cutting fire wood, the propane tank was almost empty and there was no smoke detector and definitely no carbon monoxide detector as posted the fire extinguisher was old and rusted and the service tag was empty. We had to clean off the bed under the sheets and vacuum all the carpets. I paid for insurance and it was needed as he has many extension cords plugged into one another and many two prong non grounded cords (fire hazard waiting to happen) Also there was a fifth wheel camping trailer in the driveway that was rented out to not one but TWO different sets of guests cut their vacation short due to sewage back up that leaked outside. He did not clean in between guests

Excellent cabin for the price, it had everything we needed and the location was fantastic. Would definitely come back!
