Ifti is the most understandable, human and nice host we have ever had with a rental, I highly recommend this rental, you will be well taken care of and are in good hands, the place was nice and clean, exactly what we needed.

Our party of 3 had a comfortable 2 night stay. The location is easy to find, in a new development close to the waterfront. And Ifti was a friendly, responsive host.The home had everything we needed and is very spacious. Other than the sound of early morning trains running nearby, the only negative here was the cleanliness of the kitchen. While the kitchen is well-equipped in this newly built home, the appliances are well-used and look like they came of out a factory breakroom (the fridge in the pictures is no longer there). There were food remnants in the sink and splatters on the wall. With a good cleaning, I would have given this property 5-stars across the board and would rent again.

The refrigerator shown in the photos was damaged by a former tenant who abandoned the property and left owing approximately $15,000 in unpaid rent. This experience is one of the reasons I stopped long-term renting and returned to short-term rentals after a two-year gap. Unfortunately, the tenant also damaged my new stove. Regarding the kitchen wall and sink, I will certainly speak with my cleaner to ensure these issues are addressed promptly. Thank you for your positive feedback and for bringing these concerns to my attention. I truly appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
