Ground floor 70's holiday flat that takes you back to nostalic family holidays at the beach. The unit is "cosy" but has everything you'll need for your stay in beautiful Evans Head. Two bedrooms, the main bedroom has one double bed and the other has two singles. Open plan living in the kitchen and lounge. The unit is cool in summer and warm in winter, with sea-breeze and a large undercover outdoor living area, an shower outdoor shower to wash off the sand after a walk to the beach. Two bikes are avaliable for use as well as a spare fishing rod and tackle, boogie board, board games with pantry stapes and a tea and coffee selection. If you don't want to cook in the full kitchen, it's a short stroll to the surf club & the bowling club. Small but mighty, it has everything you need for a great holiday. 3 night minimum stay.
