Check-in time: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM (in-person key handover; late check-in requires 48-hour advance notice, extra fee applies for arrivals after 8:00 PM).

• Check-out time: 10:00 AM sharp (host will collect keys in person; late check-out available for AUD 50/hour subject to availability).

• Strictly no smoking (indoors & balcony) – AUD 500 cleaning fee for violations.

• No parties, events or loud noise (quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).

• Maximum occupancy: 4 guests (no extra guests allowed without prior approval).

• Pets are not permitted (service animals excepted with advance notice).

• Please keep the apartment clean; excessive mess will incur a cleaning surcharge.

What I love most is how walkable everything is: you can easily reach ICC Sydney, Harbourside Shopping Centre, and countless restaurants and bars in just a few minutes, while still being able to escape the bustle and enjoy the peaceful water views. The 10-minute walk to the Light Rail also makes it incredibly easy to explore the rest of Sydney, so you get the best of both a central, well-connected location and a serene waterside setting.
