FREE WIFI, New comfy Self Contained Open Plan Studio which is underneath a occupied house on first floor. 20 Meters walk to White Sandy Beach across the road. Cafes, Bakery, 24 hour grocery shop, restaurants all within 5 minute walking distance. The Airport is a 5 minute walk away. Vaianas Bar is a few seconds walk away. Nikao Social Center beach is a 5 minute drive away. Main town in Avarua is a 10 minute walk. Safe neighborhood, great location!

This place was excellent. Perfect size for a solo traveler or a couple. The hosts were so kind. They even invited me to a traditional Cook Island dinner. The room was very clean and very functional. I liked this place as I was busy exploring during the day and came back for a comfy rest in the evening. Thank you John and Nora and family.

Had a great stay at this place. Let down by the fact that the bookabach location info (Google pin) is in the wrong place by about 600m which was unhelpful when trying to find it late at night on foot. But made up for by helpful owners.It really is only a short walk from the airport and going 600m extra with your luggage is a pain. If you get to Vaiana's Bar & Bistro heading west from the airport then you have gone about 30m passed it and maybe the Google pin hasn't been updated yet.Speaking of Vaiana's Bar & Bistro, it is VERY handy and worth visiting, good food, beer, cocktails on the beach. Yes, the beach is across the road from the apartment. Surprisingly quiet and private, yet still provides fun snorkeling opportunities (get out far enough to the rocky areas) and quick access to swimming.Buses are handy but can also walk into town or the down the road to the bakery or some of the cheapest icecreams on the island.The planes make a bit of noise when they are landing and taking off, but they are infrequent and not through the night. We found ourselves remarkably unbothered by the noise.
