Enjoy city and MOUNTAIN views on the private balcony with a glass of wine and breathtaking panoramic LAKE views from the 25th floor, rooftop patio.

The space
The New DT Condo King Bed, Massage Chair, Lake Access is a brand NEW tastefully decorated one bedroom apartment with modern furniture and accessories. This perfect home away from home features a king bed and a full pull out sofa with quality linens, accommodating up to four guests. Relax and unwind during your stay with complimentary access to our premium OSIM massage chair—the perfect way to recharge after a day exploring downtown Kelowna and the Okanagan. The bedroom is bright and attached to the four piece bathroom with matte black fixtures. This kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A washer and dryer are also located in the unit for your convenience.

Other things to note
Free secure parking available in building. Nearby offsite parking for oversized vehicles at extra cost. For the safety of guests security systems are located in common areas. No security systems are in the apartment or on the private balcony.

Very easy check in/check out instructions, host was great to communicate with. Enjoyed our stay overall right in downtown Kelowna Air conditioning worked very well despite it being very hot outside

There are definitely some great things about this property: the location is excellent, it was clean, secure parking was a major plus, and the host was very responsive during check-in. However, for a stay costing $615 for two nights, the value simply was not there. The listing felt misleading; the photos showed a beautiful kitchen with a TV, but it was not made clear that this was a shared building amenity rather than part of the private unit. The unit itself was very scarcely furnished (featuring a couch, a random massage chair, and a dining table) and had no TV. While I should have looked more closely at the photos, the interior setup was disappointing for this price point. The apartment felt put together with minimal effort and lacked basic hospitality standards. We found only a single coffee cup, three mismatched bowls, cutlery loose on a paper towel in a drawer, and Palmolive dish soap being used as bathroom hand soap. To make matters worse, the balcony was cluttered with a kitchen chair, a camping chair, a small table, and a broken bed frame. Collectively, it felt like a space sloppily thrown together to make a quick buck during Kelowna's busy summer season. With some proper care and basic amenities, this could be a great listing, but as it stands, I cannot recommend it and would not stay again.
