Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, and a full bathroom with all essentials. Full kitchen with induction cooktop. Located across from Vernon Regional Airport. Watch jets, helicopters, and skydivers from our huge backyard. Meet our friendly **deer families** who visit the yard regularly, a perfect blend of nature and comfort. Minutes from local attractions, groceries and outdoor adventures. Only 16 minutes walking to the beach.
Note: the unit is downstairs open directly to the large backyard.

Great place to stay in Vernon! Close to everything including Kin Beach, clean and peaceful with a very responsive and respectful host. We would love to stay again on our next trip!

The host was very easy to communicate with. The place was very clean and neat. It was conveniently located and suited our needs well.Outdoor landscaping and stairs leading to the unit need some attention.

The apartment was very clean. Mostafa was very easy to communicate with and was very helpful and accommodating. Location worked well for our needs. Appreciated that there were a few basics like coffee, tea, etc. The cookie snacks provided were a very nice touch .

Thank you for your feedback and for your kind comments about the cleanliness and communication. I would like to clarify one point for future guests. Our listing clearly states that the beach is about a 16-minute walk from the house. It is not advertised as beachfront or overlooking the beach. Driving to the beach takes around 5 minutes, which is consistent with the walking distance mentioned in the listing. We always try to provide accurate information so guests know exactly what to expect.

The apartment was clean, rental price was reasonable, frontyard area is a little bit less maintained. Overall I will recommend the place.

The rooms were clean and the host was efficient with communication. The stairs down to the entrance were a little tricky to navigate so if you have mobility issues, this isn't the space for you. Because of recent renovations, there was a bit of construction materials laying around that took away from the outdoor experience. The gardens definitely needed some attention,

Great place, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything one could need, with both appliances and kitchenware. The AC was honestly a lifesaver and worked great. The place had everything one could possibly need on vacation for a very good price, and we will definitely try to book here again the next time we come back to Vernon.
