There is a wraparound front terrace and another covered outdoor lounge in front of the bedroom. The kitchen door opens onto the private garden with stone pathways, swing and seating area. There's also an outdoor shower with hot water.
The property is surrounded by bush and mature trees making for plenty of shade around the cottage. You can see wild boar, fox, mongoose, and hedgehogs all year long and the bird watching is excellent. There is hiking, plus gravel and mountain biking throughout the area, and quick access to excellent beaches. Sporting equipment is available for rent in Lagos and other villages.
The satellite WiFi is strong throughout the building. Parking is provided alongside the cottage. About 50% of the energy use comes from solar panels and batteries, and we recycle as much as possible. Lagos is 10 minutes by car from here, and the property borders lovely walking and biking paths. Having lived in this spot more than 10 years, we can offer plenty of advice on things to see and do--there's much more to be found on our internet site.
