One of the most common things our guests say is: “Are we really still in Darwin?” And the answer is yes — we are just 5 minutes from Darwin CBD, giving you easy access to restaurants, markets, and tourist attractions, while still enjoying a quiet and safe marina-side environment.

What makes this place truly special is the breathtaking waterway views. From sunrise to sunset, the colours of the sky change the entire atmosphere of the home. Mornings feel calm and refreshing, while afternoons and evenings bring golden light reflecting over the marina — it’s the kind of setting that helps you slow down, reset, and truly relax.
