#6213 This newly constructed condo has 3 bedroom, and 3.5 baths on 2 levels. Built to overlook Mary's Lake and gorgeous Rocky Mountain views from the top deck and bottom patio. New furnishings give this condo a comfortable and welcoming feel. The kitchen is inviting as it opens up to the dining and living room creating a open floor plan. Only 4 miles from downtown shopping, pubs, massage, breweries, and eateries. The Rocky Mountain National Park entrance is only 4 miles away. A gas fireplace on each level finishes the mountain getaway. NEW HOT TUB. Outside security cameras on site. We reserve the right to cancel reservations at any time.

Always a Treat!

Our family of seven spent a lovely three nights. We had fun playing games, doing puzzles, sitting in the hot tub, and visiting town. The manager and maintenance staff were very responsive and eager to make our stay a pleasant one. Thanks for the soap, shampoo/conditioner, and the well- stocked kitchen.

Beautiful home with beautiful views!

We loved our stay at Casa Kiowa! The home was beautiful and very clean. The views from the hot tub and back porch are unbeatable. Hosts were quick to respond and helpful! We’ll be checking availability when we’re back in the area!!

Winter Getaway

This was the second time we stayed at this location and we loved it just as much as the first. We had a great stay! Plenty of space for two families. We loved having a rental with two king bedrooms and a bunk room for the kids. The condo was clean and well stocked. My faves were the gorgeous views and soaking in the hot tub after a long day!

Fall Family vacation

The home was beautiful, and the scenery was breathtaking. The manager was very helpful and responsive. We got to see wildlife and we were close to RMNP and shopping strip.

Excellent place to hike RMNP but Avoid busy Estes Park

This place is beautiful and has a wonderful location near Mary’s Lake. It’s conveniently located near the Beaver Meadows entrance. A couple really good restaurants nearby (Bird & Jim’s and the Rock Mountain Tavern). The kitchen was also very well stocked with olive oil, salt, pepper, and a variety of other seasonings, as well as oils and other things previous guests have left. My only complaint is that the king-size bed downstairs was covered with a plastic mattress protector. The sheet was placed directly on top of this plastic protector, which meant you would hear a crackling noise every time you moved. This could be easily remedied with a mattress pad over top the protector.

Comfortable and clean accommodations with a view!

This property was absolutely lovely! It was very clean and had comfortable furniture. The beds are on the firmer side but still very comfy. The view was incredible, and we enjoyed sitting on the porch and using the hot tub. The owner was very quick to respond to questions, and check in was seamless. Great location close to downtown and RMNP. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing stay!

This home was more beautiful than the pictures portrayed and was perfect for our stay of age ranges 15 to 78! We were conveniently close to Estes Park but also out in our own space with an amazing view from our deck of the mountains and Mary's Lake. The hot tub was also a plus! The host was super responsive when we had a question about our TV. We couldn't have been more pleased with our home and would definitely stay again

Lovely Home with Amazing Views

Stayed here for a relaxing spring break with our kids. Home had everything we needed, and enough space to spread out. Enjoyed the games and puzzles, and the hot tub was great! The views were amazing and had elk visit for breakfast one morning!! If you're looking for a place in Estes Park, this place has it all!

Fabulous Return Stay

We enjoyed a second trip to this lovely property. Everything was still wonderful a year after our first visit. We especially loved sitting in the hot tub as snowflakes fell all around us. Thanks for opening your home to our family.

Heavenly Views

We had a fantastic stay! The condo is so beautiful and the views are amazing! It was a perfect spot for our family Thanksgiving celebration! There was plenty of space and we enjoyed having two master suites. The wrap around couch in the living area was so cozy and perfect for watching movies. It was nice having a separate living area below also! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our meals and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing and taking in the gorgeous views! I would highly recommend this vacation rental!
