Large family or weekend with friends, this magnificent and bright Landes house of 180 m2 full of charm is made for you.
MAXIMUM passenger capacity: 12 people.
You will be seduced by its pleasant and bright double living room of 40 m2 (fireplace with Scandinavian stove) and by its very friendly kitchen / dining room.
Its 4 bedrooms, 1 of which is on the first floor (20, 19, 16 and 15) will allow you to accommodate your whole family:
Need even more.... No worries, its 80 m2 outbuilding built in 2019 and its chalet spirit, offers you 2 pleasant additional bedrooms on one level on a large wooden terrace.
You can enjoy the calm of its airial and relax by its heated swimming pool (electric shutter), very well exposed or have lunch in the shade under its courtyard.
On the comfort side, everything is there: 4 bathrooms spread throughout the house on the first floor 1 toilet and shower + double sink, upstairs 1 toilet, 2 showers + double sinks and to complete in the maisonette: 1 toilet and shower + double sink), laundry room, double glazing, insulation, heating and intelligent cumulus, plumbing, electricity and roof redone......
Close to all amenities (Luxey, Sore or Saint Symphorien,)
Easy access: Only an hour from Bordeaux, 20 minutes from Langon and 40 minutes from the Landes beaches....

Away from it all

We enjoyed the house, the pool and the outdoor table and fridge. The weather was excellent allowing maximum use of the outdoor space. There was plenty of equipment at the house to enable us to cater for a large group and entertain the children and the adults.

Appréciation séjour Luxey

Séjour très sympathique entre amis dans un petit coin au calme. Cependant, la maison n’est pas forcément adaptée en termes d’équipement de cuisine pour les grands groupe.. Autrement, rien a dire et prestation appréciable.

Vacances à Luxey

Très jolie maison dans laquelle nous avons séjourné entre amis avec enfants. L'emplacement de la piscine proche d'un préau à l'ombre était idéal. Un peu chaud sous canicule dans les chambres mais l'hôte nous a prévenu et conseillé. Echanges parfaits. Merci encore pour l'accueil. A bientôt, Clémence

Très bon séjour entre amis avec des enfants. Grande maison avec un grand terrain qui permet aux jeunes enfants de jouer et de se défouler. Piscine très agréable et très bien ensoleillée. Merci

Excellent lieu de séjour pour vacances en grande famille, entre amis

Si vous souhaitez passer de super vacances en famille ou entre amis,c'est l'endroit qu'il vous faut. Grandes parties de volley, de badminton,de pétanques en perspective. Soirées jeux sous le préau en bois qui jouxte la 2e habitation dans laquelle peuvent loger les couche-tard ! Le rez de chaussée de la maison principale est très frais, idéal en cas de canicule.
