Located in one of the best locations in Apollo Bay - within 100m walk to the beach, river, golf course, and walking distance to Apollo Bay shops and restaurants.
A cedar hot tub in the courtyard is a standout feature of this new property, a great warm up after a surf and all Season feature for the family.

Accommodates up to 9 guests across 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms.

Upstairs
Walking upstairs and you are immediately bathed in uninterrupted natural light and drawn to the amazing views from the North side deck through to the views over the Barham River, Marengo beach and towards Marengo township. Upstairs features a fully open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Lay back on the comfy sofa and take in the everchanging views across the day. Gather together to watch a favorite movie or series on the large screen Smart TV. View the surf break from the living room, or low tide times for exploring rock pools.
Cook meals together in the fully equipped kitchen with induction appliance, large island bench, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, and choose your preferred coffee from the Nespresso pod machine or Mokapot stovetop coffee maker.
Sliding glass doors open on to the North facing deck with Weber BBQ and outdoor furniture. Enjoy outdoor dining on a deck sheltered from the winds, while still looking through onto the ocean view.

Entry Level
Bedrooms:
All 4 bedrooms are located downstairs. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, the other bedrooms share a family bathroom and an additional powder room. All bedrooms have individually controlled heating and cooling from the central downstairs system and ceiling fans. All linen and towels are provided for the beds.

Cedar Hot Tub
A beautiful cedar hot tub and outdoor shower is located in the side courtyard of the house. It is a fully automated electric system with it's own water pump, but relies on your cooperation for best use. Please shower before entering to wash off sand/salt/body moisturisers and sunscreens, leave the hot tub clean after use, no glass to be used in the hot tub, and please don't change the controls or tamper with the filters or pump setup.

Laundry
There is a full laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer, laundry tub, iron & ironing board a retractable clothes air dryer/lift (Stewi lift) and drying racks.

Garage & Courtyard
The house features a secure double garage with remote control access and Electric Vehicle charging facilities via an Australian standard plug (BYO cords).
There is access from the garage directly to the secure side courtyard - perfect for storing surf boards, bikes, fishing rods and beach gear.

All pricing is based on the amount of guests staying, and beds/bedrooms used. Please ensure you book for the correct amount of guests, and confirm how many beds/bedrooms you will be requiring during your stay, so that we have accurate booking information prior to your arrival.
