“Broadway Resort” is a delightful single-storey, family and pet-friendly coastal retreat in Cape Woolamai, just 300m from the safe swimming beach of Cleeland Bight, a 3 min drive from the world famous Cape Woolamai Surf Beach and a comfortable walk from the supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Cape Woolamai. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
The spacious open-plan Kitchen/Dining/Living area is the heart of the home (with a 65" standard TV with Chromecast, a selection of board/card games/books/magazines, plus a second TV in the dining area), comfortable lounge seating, and plenty of natural light. This inviting space flows seamlessly onto the expansive rear Deck and adjoining Patio, creating a wonderful indoor/outdoor setting for entertaining and relaxing. A dedicated desk with a monitor and high-speed WiFi also provides a comfortable setup for remote work, online meetings, or study during your stay.
A central hallway leads to the four bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a BIR and a private Ensuite (with shower & Toilet), while Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 all have BIRs. The home also offers a central Bathroom (with a freestanding bath & shower), plus a separate Toilet for added convenience. Bedroom 4 also features a 32" Smart TV. The well-appointed Laundry is conveniently located off the Kitchen and includes a combination washer/dryer.
Outdoor Areas
The spacious rear Deck and adjoining Patio area (with a gas BBQ, pizza oven, outdoor dining setting, and bench seating) create a fantastic outdoor space for guests to relax and entertain. Overlooking the fully enclosed grassy backyard, complete with sun lounges and an outdoor firepit (firewood is not provided; however, guests can purchase some at the local service station if required), it's the perfect setting for families, children, and pets to enjoy.
There is secure off-street parking available, with space for up to three vehicles in the driveway and front yard, with boat parking also available behind the side gate. Please note that the garage is not available for vehicle parking and has been set up as an additional lounge/entertainment area with comfortable couches for guests to enjoy.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen, complete with a butler's pantry, is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, a microwave, a ground coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a blender, a mixer, and more, plus a double sink, a French-door fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, an electric oven, and an electric ceramic cooktop.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There is a wall-mounted reverse cycle split system in the Kitchen/Dining/Living area. For additional comfort, electric blankets are fitted to the Queen beds in Bedrooms 1 and 4, and a mobile heater is available in Bedroom 2.

This home has 6 beds, accommodating up to 10 guests:

Please note: The Tri-bunk's have a Double bed base with a Single bed above it.
Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties, or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies, irrespective of whether school-leavers are part of the official Schoolies Program. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process. Local council restrictions are in place for this property, and compliance is mandatory.
