Ideal for couples and business travellers.
**Perfect for couples, corporate relocations, and discerning business travellers. We accommodate short stays (2-5 nights) but welcome inquiries for custom lengths up to 14 nights.

The space
Prime location in Fortitude Valley, right across from the renowned James Street Precinct—home to fine dining, boutique fashion stores, fresh food and deli market. Walking distance to Train station, Woolworth, Aldi, Dan Murphy's, Story Bridge, ferry terminals, and Riverwalk.
The modern kitchen features a white stone countertop, full-size fridge, integrated water filter, Nespresso machine (with a variety of pods), full oven, dishwasher, utensils, plates, cups, and glasses, cooking pots, toaster, mixer, and a selection of teas.
Relax in the open living area with a 3-seater sofa, 55" Smart TV, coffee table, dedicated workspace (desk, chair, lamp), and dining table for four. The space is climate-controlled with both A/C and a ceiling fan.
Step onto the private, spacious balcony with partial garden/pool view—perfect for morning coffee or a sunset meal at the outdoor table.
The bedroom offers a queen-size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe with mirrored doors, block-out blinds, fan, and air conditioning for a restful sleep.
You’ll also find a laundry area with a washer, dryer, and sink, detergent sheets, and essentials like an iron, ironing board, and vacuum.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower, fresh towels, toiletries, and a bright, clean design.

This area offers the best of both worlds: easy access to Brisbane CBD while enjoying a more relaxed atmosphere away from the crowds and noise of the city centre.
The neighbourhood is very walkable, with grocery shops, cafés, restaurants and public transport all close by. Very enjoyable morning and evening riverfront walks at Teneriffe or the Story Bridge area.
The nearby James Street precinct is one of my favourite places, with stylish boutiques, high-end shops, excellent restaurants and cafés. It has a lively yet sophisticated atmosphere and is a wonderful place to spend time exploring, dining and enjoying the local lifestyle.

What makes this property unique is its combination of thoughtful design, space and a rare North-East aspect. The apartment enjoys a pleasant microclimate, with refreshing breezes in summer and warm sunshine in winter.
The private 7 sqm alfresco balcony is a rare feature in local apartment buildings, while the genuinely open-plan layout and ceilings over 3 metres create an uplifting sense of space.
The interior was thoughtfully designed by an architect, with clean lines, uncluttered spaces and an individual style that goes beyond conventional beige and brown apartment décor. All wall art is original work by the owner.
As the property is personally managed by the owner, it is carefully maintained to a high standard.
