Very clean and well-supplied lodging. Yard was unkempt but clean and the fencing gave privacy and was dog-secure. It is a busy neighborhood but relatively quiet. The only difficulty is parking if you are meeting another party - you can park on the street, but space is at a premium. Location good as it seemed no more than 10 or 20 minutes to wineries, parks and shopping.Some simple additions would be helpful: Kleenex somewhere! Also, the shower flooring was a bit slippery and there are no hand-holds. A rubber mat would be very helpful. Screen doors did not latch properly, which could present problems if you have a clever dog. Recommend repair. Nice welcome gift (!), and I was quite comfortable there as it seemed to be a "family" neighborhood. I'd stay again.

Nicely redone interior, comfortable beds, and pretty much everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Everything was very clean, except someone must have washed a big blanket that had been on the ground because I found out after washing a load that there was a large amount of leaves/grass in the washer. Nothing that couldn’t be fixed with a couple of wipe downs and a self wash cycle, though. The fenced yard was nice to spend time with our dog outside when needed. The only other negative was that there was no hot water on check-in day or the next because the breaker kept tripping. The second time we reset it did the trick, and we had no more problems the rest of the week. Overall, a great place to stay! Communication was excellent, and instructions were simple and clear. An extra nice touch was the bottle of wine and snack bags. Very thoughtful!
