A charming house surrounded by greenery

The house stands alone on the property. It is spacious, featuring a large living room with a pool table, a fireplace, and a wood-burning stove, as well as a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and a pantry stocked with salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, and sugar. Each bedroom has two 90x200 beds and its own walk-in shower. We’re surrounded by forest with beautiful hiking trails. At the foot of the Alpes Mancelles, you can visit some very charming villages. Heated pool (the pool is shared but is reserved exclusively for guests at their convenience). A playground for children, complete with a slide, sandbox, and playhouse. We’re close to the city of Le Mans, including Old Le Mans and its ramparts. Check-in is in the early afternoon (if no one is arriving before you, I suggest checking in at noon); check-out is in the late morning (if no one has booked after you, I suggest checking out after lunch).
