Excellent and immediate communication. Property was adorable. Very well equipped with anything you would need- and more. Absolutely loved our stay and look forward to staying again.

The decor was absolutely amazing! So beautiful and exactly what we had hoped for the cabin to be decorated. The parking is not very good, and nothing in the description explained the parking was rough. Also, it is a climate controlled cabin. My nights have to be much cooler than my days for me to be able to rest. They did let us set it 2 degrees cooler but we would get up in the night and it would have been moved up or leave for a while and it would be set higher when we got back. That did eventually get better after a couple of days. That may have been automatic settings, I do not know. Westgate is a beautiful and safe place to stay. We will return to Westgate.

There were a number of lights out in the cabin. Even in the shower making it unusable. Call told there were lights bulbs in the cabinet. I'm over 68 so changing bulbs not going to happen. The cabin was extremely dusty as well. Nice place but needs a full cleaning and brighten up. Even with these items we had a nice stay.

We feel bad about the burnt out light bulbs. I don't think the guest actually told us they could not change them. A burnt out bulb in the shower would not likely make it unusable since there are other lights in the bathroom that provide light to the area. The cabin was deep cleaned immediately after we got this review. Again, we feel bad that the cabin was not as it should have been for the guest.
