Bathroom - One bathroom with a bathtub as well as a shower - useful with small children, and a rarity in this size of home. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap and shower gel, hair dryer, and plenty of hot water. Essentials including towels and toilet paper are provided.

Kitchen - Set up to actually cook: oven, stovetop, fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee provided. Pots, pans, cooking basics, a baking sheet, dishes and cutlery, and wine glasses. Dining table for the group.

Living and outside - A living room with a TV and a ceiling fan, a patio, and a backyard with outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area.
