Exit your urban abode and come up to the Catskill Cottage! Only 2hrs from NYC, and 2 minutes to Kaaterskill Falls, North South Lake, and some of the Catskills best hiking trails. Take the break you deserve and enjoy all the Catskills has to offer with friends and family at our Catskill Cottage!

This 3BR/2BA, 1600 sqft cottage sleeps 6 very comfortably, and offers an open floor plan living room and kitchen flowing beautifully to the private deck and yard for outside entertaining.

Foodies will love the Viking stove and Weber Gas Grille, couch potatoes will enjoy the custom made deep seated Six Penny sofa perfect for afternoon naps. Adventurers will relish in all the amenities that the area has to offer from skiing, hiking, fishing, golf, shopping, and dining to name a few (Tannersville - 5 min drive / Hunter - 10 mins / Woodstock - 30 mins / Phoenicia - 25 mins / Saugerties - 25 mins).

High speed internet with YouTube TV, and the 60" Vizio with Sound Bar lets your enjoy movie night or groove to your favorite tunes throughout the cottage. Plenty of games to play with friends and family (Monopoly, chess/checkers, Scrable to name a few). Crank up a fire on the Vermont Castings stove and warm up the entire cottage while you enjoy a glass of your favorite wine.

Great family weekend

Wonderful weekend with my family…house was so comfortable and hosts were easy to communicate with. Very relaxed trip. Hike to the bottom of the falls was completely worth it!

So cozy

great place. Very cozy and extremely comfortable. Great kitchen made nice family meals and cookies together and enjoyed hiking in the woods.

Perfect weekend

The house is in a great location. It is stocked with everything you can possibly need. The little present in the kitchen was a nice touch.

Ski weekend

Brought our son up to Hunter mountain to go skiing for the first time. This house was the perfect home base for the weekend

Great home, perfect location

Perfectly situated rental in the heart of many recreational opportunities. House has all you need to prepare meals at home or easy drive to area restaurants. Easy walk to the Falls platform or to campground trailheads. Wonderful, thank you!

Convenient location

This was a nice and convenient place. It had all of your basic necessities and then some. The host was very responsive. Having Hunter Mountain and downtown Tannersville close was big benefit. There are many good food places in downtown tannersville only 7 minutes away.

Hidden Gem

Lets just say this place is situated in the most perfect spot. Id youre looking to spend your tine hiking, this is literally walking distance from the falls, and all the hiking trails. In addition to that it is a 5 minute drive to town. The house itself is so cozy, and wonderful for families. Their gated back porch was so perfect for us to spend time out with our pup and not have to worry about him roaming anywhere. I would 100 percent reccomend this home to anyone looking for comfort and convenience.

Wonderful getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable cabin. The cabin is close to town (with restaurants, cafes) and less than 15 minutes from Hunter Ski Resort. The cabin was clean, cozy and offered plenty of space for a family of 4 to relax, play tons of board games and enjoy our short getaway. The owners were gracious - with welcome cookies and accessible to answer any questions about the property or town. We hope to return in the summer to enjoy the Hudson Valley.

Great Stay!

We had the best time at this house! My family wanted a weekend getaway and we couldn’t have asked for a better house or location. The house is gorgeous, comfortable beds, wonderful living room for lounging. The best part is the gorgeous deck and huge outdoor space. We spent so much time out by the fire pit. The house is very close to north-south lake and the falls. We can’t wait to come back!
