Relax & unwind with the family in this western-themed 3bd/2ba house situated in a friendly neighborhood with hot tub, 2-car garage, backyard, BBQ grill, & dual-screen Home Office setup. The place consists of 3 queen beds, 1 queen sofa bed, and 1 rollaway bed. All kitchenware & ingredients are available for use. The home is also conveniently located near I-10 & walking distance to Safeway, Walgreens, Anytime Fitness gym & several restaurants. Saguaro National Park & downtown are a 10min drive.

This modern house situated in a nice quiet neighborhood has a spacious 3-bed/2-bath space complete with a hot tub, 2-car garage and a large backyard area. For those needing a productivity space, there is an office desk with a work-from-home (WFH) setup complete with two 24” 1080p monitors, USB-C docking adapter, keyboard, and mouse.

Please let us know if you are bringing pets and we can provide some pet amenities including Kennels, bowls, and extra pet blankets. We require that you provide us with their size and breed before we accept your reservation at our discretion. There is a current maximum of TWO pets allowed per reservation and the pet fee is $75 per reservation. Length of stay with pets is currently limited to 2 weeks unless an exception is made; additional fees may apply.

Two bedrooms include a TV with complimentary Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN. Bath towels are laid out on the beds. One of the closets include an iron, ironing board, and rollaway twin bed. In the living room is a sofa bed that can fold out if needed; extra sheets & a pillow are in the closet of one of the bedrooms.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, egg boiler, waffle maker, rice cooker, coffee maker (w/ filters, sugar, cream, & ground coffee), and tea. All cookware is available for use for preparing meals as desired. The backyard also has a BBQ grill with a propane tank.

The bathrooms will include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer. There will also be some cleaning products under the sink.

There is a spacious backyard space with a couple of chairs, a small table, and a BBQ grill.

The washer and dryer are also available for reasonable use as needed.

The neighborhood has a small park behind the backyard with a playground and various pull-up bars and dip stations. There is also a nearby bike path that travels north along Silverbell Road; perfect for bike rides and morning jogs.

Temperature on thermostat can be adjusted from 74-85 degrees during the day or down to 72 in the evenings as desired.

Notice: A Refundable Security deposit of $300 is required upon booking.

Guests will be able to access the entire property except for the cleaning closet.

It's also a short stroll to a couple of public SunTran bus stops along Silverbell and Grant. There is a limit of 3 vehicles and all must be parked in the driveway or garage if possible. Street parking is limited and not recommended.

Behind the backyard is a small playground along with pull-up bars and dip stations. There is a bike path that runs north along Silverbell Rd that’s perfect for bike rides or morning jogs.

Please adhere to our neighborhood quiet hours between 10pm to 7am.

There is a strict 3 vehicle limit. The 2-car garage and driveway are available and recommended for parking. Street parking is limited and not recommended. The property is also a short stroll to a couple of public SunTran bus stops along Silverbell and Grant Rd.

The place is thoroughly deep cleaned when vacated and in between guest stays.

If the propane tank for the grill becomes empty, it can be filled/exchanged at the nearest Shell Gas Station along Silverbell Rd. Just let me know and send a picture of the receipt and I'll be happy to reimburse.

Longer stays (monthly) are welcome as well. Please message me first as to the reason for your stay before booking an extended stay. An additional lease may need to be signed.
BOOKING & GUESTS:

List full names of all guests, or invite them via the app if they have Airbnb profiles.

Tucson locals must message the reason for their stay before booking will be accepted.

Answer all pre-booking questions and have positive host reviews to Instant Book. Otherwise, bookings are accepted at host’s discretion.

Unregistered guests incur a fee of $50 per person, per day, and may result in cancellation.

Parties are strictly prohibited—$300 fee plus damages if violated.

Unauthorized late checkout (over 1 hour past 10AM) is charged $120; if it causes a following guest cancellation, you’ll be charged for their full stay.

Please remove shoes at the door.

PETS:

Maximum 2 pets per reservation. Host approval required in advance; provide breed and size.

Pet stays limited to 2 weeks, unless exception granted.

$75 pet fee per reservation. Unauthorized pets incur a $300 fee.

Pets must be kenneled if left alone; not permitted on beds or couches (pet blankets provided).

Monthly stays with pets require inspections: $50/visit, schedule provided after booking.

HOUSE RULES:

Wash or load any dirty dishes in dishwasher.

Place used towels in washer and run a hot cycle before checkout.

Clean out all personal food/drinks from fridge, freezer, and pantry before leaving.

NOISE & NEIGHBORHOOD:

Quiet hours: 10PM–7AM, especially in backyard. Noise complaints may result in cancellation.

SAFETY & SECURITY:

Absolutely no smoking indoors or illegal substances—$300 remediation fee each.

Do not tamper with outdoor security cameras; results in cancellation plus $300 fee.

Do not enter the maid’s closet; considered trespassing, $400 fee, and cancellation.

Guests permit property access for staff if resolving reported issues.

HOT TUB RULES:

Swim at your own risk.

No hot tub access for children under 5. Older children: limit temp to 98°F, use for max 5-15 minutes under supervision.

No glassware in hot tub (use supplied metal/plastic cups).

Extra dirty hot tub requiring draining: $200 fee per occurrence.
