Welcome to our beautiful Na Hale O'Keauhou Townhome! An amazing place to enjoy your vacation on the Big Island. Just a short walk to Kahaluu Beach and breathtaking ocean views from the lanai. Na Hale O' Keauhou is a Premier Gated Community located in the heart of the Keauhou Resort. It's close to beaches, shopping, a movie theater, and golf course. The landscaping is lush and well attended. This town-home has also been well maintained and is beautifully furnished. You are greeted with a feeling of light, open space, and ocean and coastline views.

The Two-Story Townhome features an upscale kitchen is well-equipped and a breakfast bar with 3 stools, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The dining area table will seat up to 6, or enjoy your dinner on the private lanai! The living area is furnished in a relaxed island décor and both the living area and the dining area open onto the lanai overlooking the greenbelts and ocean. This creates a very expansive and private feel to your villa. Relaxing on the lanai with a book and your morning coffee is a delightful way to begin your day. The mountains rise majestically in the distance and remind you that you are indeed in a very special place.

The master bedroom suite features a King bed, ceiling fan, bath with dual sinks, walk in shower and separate soaking tub. Step out on your own private lanai to enjoy the plumeria scented air each morning and lovely ocean view when you arise. This is the ideal spot to enjoy a cup of our locally grown Kona coffee!

The first guest bedroom offers two twin beds and en-suite bath with combination tub/shower. The second guest bedroom, located on the main floor, features a comfortable king sized bed and opens to the main floor full bath with shower and large vanity area.

The full-sized washer and dryer in the condo make it easy to care for your family's needs. All the linens, laundry soaps, kitchen supplies, and paper goods for your stay will be furnished for your convenience.

The condo is equipped with high speed wireless internet and cable TV with DVD/CD. There is a large screen TV in the living area. In addition to the living area TV, there is a TV in the master bedroom and in the main floor guest bedroom. This home offers free long distance calls to North America as well as free local calling.

An assortment of beach gear, cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, assortment of snorkel gear, and beach toys may be found in the closet with the washer/dryer. Beach towels are provided! The beautiful resort style pool for this neighborhood is located just a short stroll from your front door. The pool area offers a hot tub, Children's shallow pool section, restrooms, and shaded areas for relaxing along with lush tropical landscaping. Enjoy our colorful flowers and trees and listen to the songs of the many happy birds who also enjoy resort living!

It is just an invigorating stroll up the hill to Keauhou Shopping Center for shopping, dining, entertainment, and services and a short 4.5 mile drive into Kailua town for additional shopping and dining adventures. A terrific Farmers' Market takes place there on Saturday mornings from 8 am until noon.

Kahaluu Bay is a 2 minute drive from your front door and is great for swimming, snorkeling, and sunning. White Sands Beach Park is just a mile further up Alii Drive. Enjoy the spas and restaurants at the Sheraton, which is just 5 minutes south. Experience a luau and enjoy the sunset over the ocean. Watch the Manta Rays perform their graceful ballet from Rays on the Bay at the Sheraton.

Amenities include a pool, children's pool, and spa and a fitness room. There is a pavilion with kitchen and gas grill for entertaining. All of the comforts of resort living! This common area has just gone through major renovations and the pool recently replastered.

Nice for a family trip

It was perfect for a family of 6. Clean and spacious. Enough supply of towels and linens. The only issue was that the internet dies half way through but we could not get help.

Lovely unit

Well maintained property, kichen well-equipped. Comfortable beds. Only (very minor) downside is that unit should have had more paper towels / toilet paper. We needed to buy both.

Great unit in an ideal part of town

This large end unit gets views in many of the rooms. It was a very peaceful stay with outstanding facilities. We used the pool / hot tub and gym regularly and never got too crowded. The pool is heated to a perfectly comfortable temperature for any time of day. We would return!

Great condo for a family

We very much enjoyed our stay at this Na Hale townhome! The views from the lanai were beautiful and the three bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our family. The condo had all of the amenities we required throughout our stay. We would certainly stay here again on our next visit to Kona.

Skip this unit, poor property manager

I wouldn’t recommend you stay in this particular unit. Upstairs small bedroom is not habitable due to the air conditioner not working in just that room and the windows being broken and can’t be opened. Furniture is also nearly broken and uncomfortable. If you planned to use that room, look for a different #6 unit in a building other than K with the same layout. Downstairs toilet does not work well and mold in shower. Living room furniture dirty and uncomfortable Property manager was frustrating to deal with, slow, and did not resolve issues. On the day we checked in the required pool key was missing, we reported it immediately and they claimed it would take them several days to provide one, despite the on-site HOA manager telling me he could issue one right away if paid the $100 fee. Prop manager claimed they’d have to “mail a check from Maui” and expected us to wait. Wouldn’t even believe me that they key was missing and told me to tear the house apart looking and claimed “the last tenants said they left it.” There were also endless repeated beeping noises coming from the garage and the prop manager again ignored my repeated requests to come fix it as the garage is locked to renters. I couldn’t use the living room due to the beeping every 10 seconds driving me insane. After 4 days someone finally came and found the water heater beeping and fixed it. The complex is nice and you should look for a similar unit in a different building managed by a different company.

Great Place, Convenient Location

3 adults and 2 teens had a comfortable stay. Condo was spacious. House was stocked for cooking as well as beach supplies (body boards, snorkel equipment, chairs, umbrellas, kids toys and a wagon). Pool/hot tub in complex was great. Quiet complex, never heard anyone outside or adjacent units. Location was close to grocery store, gas station and beaches. Be aware of rules in pool area (no 12 and under in hot tub, 16 and older in gym). Only minor complaint were the letters on the building were hard to see at dark to find our unit.

Kona House

We loved our stay. We enjoyed the pool almost daily. Grocery store and restaurants just a walk away was very convenient! And our favorite beach with snorkeling from the shore was a few minute drive away. We appreciated all the beach and snorkel gear they provided at the house. Definitely recommend!

Great Big Island Location

Condo was great for our family of 5. The unit was very well stocked with everything we needed. The view of the sunset was amazing. The location was great within walking distance of the KTA which is a great supermarket. The pool area is also large and well maintained. Overall this was great location especially for my older children to be able to walk places and have a little freedom.

Fantastic Kona Property

Everything as described for this Kona gated townhome property. Family of 5 total with 2 teenagers. Plenty of room, with master bedroom suite which included a balcony view of the beautiful sunsets over the Pacific. We planned to explore the west side of the island, 20 years after our first trip here, and needed a base camp for our 9-day trip. The Kitchen had everything we needed, and a beautiful living room to relax after day trips to various beaches, snorkeling excursions. This property had all the items mentioned for chairs, snorkel gear, umbrella. Awesome pool, hot tub and gym. 1 min drive up to Keauhou Shopping Center, for groceries, Bianellis Pizza place, Peaberry & Galette Coffee shop, etc. Check in process was easy. Location is not too close to the more crowded section Ali‘i Drive. So whether you plan for a drive to Volcano National Park, or the less crowded beaches further north, this is an ideal rental location. We had no issues during our trip, and only needed to ask about garbage/recycling, which was answered promptly. This was a memorable trip for my family, and we are so glad we found such a special property to rent. We would definitely choose to stay here again. To the owners, you have a beautiful home, thank you for the opportunity for us to spend our vacation at your special place in beautiful Hawaii.

Perfect spot in Paradise

We absolutely loved our stay at this spacious townhouse.There were 6 of us and we all had our own areas (2 couples and 2 teens). Everything you could possibly need was there, from beach towels and equipment to board games, kitchen supplies, you name it, it was provided. Great location about 12 miles from downtown Kona. Wonderful view of the ocean and mountain right from our lanai. We had one minor issue that was addressed immediately by the management company. Would absolutely stay there again!

Relaxing condo near activities

We had the condo for 2 weeks. It was as promised online. Very spacious, clean, comfortable. Some views, best from upstairs main bedroom balcony. Thoughtfully appointed so you should have most of what you need for everyday life, including cooking. With multiple people I find it easier to plan for some meals in as everyone’s on a different schedule and can eat when they want. Like that it was close to town of Kailua-Kona but not right in the middle of it, so very quiet.

Beautiful spot to enjoy the West side of the island

Very clean, comfortable, and well-adorned property. Well-stocked with beach gear for the whole family to enjoy. Great location, away from main touristy area, close to good beaches and short drives to many wonderful attractions (coffee plantations, cloud forest, beaches, etc, etc). Check-in instructions were a bit unclear requiring a quick phone call, but easily sorted out.

Quiet Location

The house is in a quiet gated community a short drive to Kahalu'u beach, which has great snorkeling. There is plenty of beach and snorkeling gear available for use. A grocery store is just a couple blocks away. Fifteen minute drive to shopping and activities in Kailua-Kona. Swimming in the communal pool and sitting in the hot tub was a relaxing way to end the day.

Wonderful stay!

Easy to check-in. Super clean and comfortable townhouse. Kitchen amenities were GREAT--utensils, dinnerware, and cookware were in good shape and organized! Management was responsive in regards to a fan and adjusting the air conditioning. We would love to stay here again next time!

Having 3 bedrooms and baths was perfect for a family with teens. Condo has everything from cooking needs to Beach. Great views too.

Great first trip to Hawaii

We loved our stay. Everything In the condo was perfect except the air conditioning failed during our stay. This was sorted out quickly over a weekend. Our kids enjoyed the pool area and all the beautiful beaches. Would definitely return hopefully if we get the chance.

We liked the unit very much. Everything was smooth and enjoyable except for getting out of the pool area. A better way to exit the pool area would be nice. Maybe a code to open and exit. Very well maintained grounds and buildings.

Great location!

We loved staying here. It’s in between Kailua-Kona and Captain Cook. Kitchen is well appointed. Thoughtful touches like 2 drying racks. Lots of beach equipment. The only thing to be aware of is if you are arriving after dark, it is difficult to see the building letter. We would definitely stay here again!
