Perfect for families and groups, this stunning condo promises a seamless blend of comfort and adventure, making your stay truly unforgettable. Na Hale O Keauhou F1 is a townhouse style condominium. Your perfect location for an amazing Big Island vacation!

PARKING: Parking for one car in open parking spaces in the complex. One additional car allowed on a first come, first serve basis. Maximum of two cars allowed at any time. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
NON SMOKING: This vacation rental is a smoke free property. No smoking allowed on the premises.
PET POLICY: Pets not allowed
BABY EQUIPMENT: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please reach out for references to for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
"START UP SUPPLIES" PROVIDED: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Great place and great location!

This was a great place to stay, the Beaches were very easy to walk to and the nearby shopping center allowed for quick visits for our needs!

The vacation rental was very comfortable, well supplied and well located to many amenities and beaches. Resortica was very responsive to any issues that we had with the vacation rental. We would stay there again.

Beautiful home ! Perfect location for our visit; beach was within walking distance ; close to town and supermarket. Bedrooms and kitchen were clean and has all you need for cooking. Resortica Hawaii were responsive and helpful too.

Relaxing quiet family getaway

This was a nice relaxing location after a long day in the hot sun. Full kitchen and A/C with lots of room to gather together or spread out. Quiet gated community made us feel safe but was conveniently located to everything that we needed.

Amazing set up - clean, spacious, air conditioning. Has all the extras! Especially nice having a large cooler and smaller one to use. Plus boogie boards, and snorkel gear. Easy walk to an excellent snorkeling spot. Great location. Great condo.

Great!

We found the accomodation to be very spacious and perfect for our group of five. The location within walking distance to the shopping centre was really convenient. The air conditioning made our stay particularly comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely vacation spot!

We had a wonderful time! The property is conveniently located to the ocean, shopping and restaurants, but it’s a very peaceful location with a beautiful view! There were 5 in our party, me, my brother, my daughter (18) and two of her friends. We all enjoyed ourselves, and had everything we needed and wanted!

Very good vacation rental

We were very pleased with this vacation rental and would recommend it to others without hesitation looking for a place to stay for their vacation on the Big Island. Beach gear provided was very useful. There were ample beach towels, 2 boogie boards, 6 beach chairs, Beach umbrella, flotation noodles and a cooler. All appliances worked fine as well as the air conditioning. Plenty of cookware, plates, glasses, and silverware. Overall a very nice place to stay and enjoy the Big Island.

Great Location and accommodations!

Only issue was small toilet tank part needed replacement and backup water drainage in one shower. Management was quick to reply and address toilet issue but did not address shower drainage. Overall all other aspects of the condo was great.

Paradise

The property was in a great location, close to all the activities we had planned for. There were a couple things that might be brought to the owners attention. Upstairs master toilet plugs constantly. The bed frames in the twin room were wobbly and we moved the frames into the closet. The barbecue door when in the closed position constantly tried to ignit. Nothing horrible just FYI.
