Located along the historic Ali i Drive, overlooking the Kona Country Club, this condo is within walking distance of Keauhou Bay and a short drive to Kahalu u Beach, renowned for its exceptional snorkeling opportunities. The Keauhou Shopping Center is conveniently located less than a mile away. The maximum occupancy of this unit is four, unless the owner approves otherwise. Please note that this unit does not have central air conditioning. However, it does have window air conditioners in the two bedrooms on the main level. There is no air conditioning unit in the third bedroom/loft. Along-bladed ceiling fans provide a pleasant breeze throughout the day, while a cooler breeze emanates from the mountain at night.
