Villa Nerea is an architect's house of approximately 250m2 on 3 levels plus 250m2 of terraces. Large reception room with TV area, American kitchen, 7 bedrooms each with its own private shower room including a master suite with bath and shower and a children's bedroom with 4 beds, 7 toilets. Large swimming pool heated with salt (no smell of chlorine) and wooden deck, sheltered area for outdoor meals. The house, not overlooked, overlooks the sea, the Bavella mountains in the distance and the wild maquis all around. Open to the surrounding nature, each room will offer you a wonderful view and lights. <br>Its location is also ideal to enjoy either the confidential beaches and coves, or hiking or canyoning in the Valley of Cavu and its emerald natural pools (15 minutes by car) or in the mythical massif of Bavella. You also have a pretty natural sandy beach, family just below the house with many restaurants open to the Mediterranean. Finally, the village of Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio with its many shops and its market is 10/15 minutes from the villa.<br>Located at the end of a partially dirt, steep road, villa NEREA dominates the pretty sandy beach of Tarco, ideal for swimming for the little ones and with several pleasant beach restaurants. You can reach it on foot in less than 10 minutes. Nearby, 5 minutes away by car, you can discover the wonderful cove of Fautea or go to Canella or Favone. Pinarello and its pretty seaside village is less than 20 minutes away by car. Finally, if you prefer nature hikes, the pools of Cavu and its transparent emerald waters are also about 20 minutes from the house. Bavella and its incredible hiking or canyoning are less than an hour's drive away.<br>On your arrival, our home manager Nathalie will welcome you, explain how the house works and will be happy to give you all the advice (shops, charming restaurants, the most beautiful beaches nearby) that could be useful for an idyllic stay.<br>A cleaning service is included, 2 times 2 hours a week or every day at an extra cost if desired. A breakfast service brought in the form of a basket between 9 am and 10:30 am is also available on request and at an additional cost. Finally, only sheets and towels are provided with the rental of the villa; if you wish to rent beach towels, do not hesitate to request them in advance. Villa Nerea can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people but it can also be rented in 2 or 3 bedrooms if you request it with a rate depending on the number of rooms. <br>All you have to do is relax and enjoy this unique place suspended between sky and sea, surrounded by fragrant maquis...

Magnificent house with exceptional views! The pictures don’t do it justice as the views of the mountains and water are breathtaking. What a wonderful location with a sleek beach that is definitely walking distance. We would love to go back again one day with our family and kids

Das Haus ist wunderschön und die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Wir waren mit 16 Personen dort, es gibt in jedem DZ eine Dusche und ein WC, das 4er Stockbettzimmer hat eine Dusche und teilt sich das WC mit einem DZ. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt 2 Kühlschränke und eine 3-Schubladen-Gefriertruhe. Es gab leider nur einen passenden Sonnenschirm am Pool, der Pool ist aber sauber und warm. Die Schlafräume sind alle klimatisiert. Der Wohnbereich nicht. Es gibt ein Sonnensegel an der Terrasse und genügend Sitzplätze. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil und nicht durchgängig geteert. Man braucht ein Geländegängiges Auto (nicht tiefergelegt). Der Strand ist sehr schön, aber direkt an der Straße. Zu Fuß läuft man in 8 Minuten hinunter, rauf zum Haus ca. 12 Minuten (sehr anstrengend). Der Supermarkt ist ca. 15 Minuten entfernt, Backwaren bekommt man unten am Strand (kleine Auswahl). Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ist das Haus toll, wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub!

Nous avons passé une semaine à 16 personnes: 8 adultes et 8 enfants de 2 à 8 ans. Un vrai bonheur! La maison est tout à fait adaptée pour les grands groupes, chacun à son espace. La vue est fantastique. Un vrai havre de paix.Les conseils de Geneviève était super. Merci encore.

Propriétaire tres agréable et donnant pleins de conseils et adresses. La Villa était propre mais méritait d’avoir les toiles d’araignées retirées. La villa est magnifique et fait avec beaucoup de goût. Literie tres bonne également.

Vraies vacances

Une propriété au calme avec une vue mer et sur les montagnes de Bavella absolument incroyable qui permet un repos et une contemplation de tous les instants. Une propriété merveilleuse et simple à vivre (nous étions 13), magnifiquement aménagée avec goût et style. Une propriétaire à l'écoute et de bons conseils. Rien à redire sinon que le temps y passe trop vite.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und es hat alles sehr gut gepasst. Die Strasse hoch zum Haus ist etwas steil, aber man gewöhnt sich daran… Der Laden in der Nähe ist klein aber fein. Auch der kleine Strand gleich nebenan, ist sehr sauber und empfehlenswert. Wir können das Haus aus unserer Sicht sehr gut weiterempfehlen (4 Erw. & 4 Kinder). Jedes Zimmer mit Dusche & Lavabo und dazu 4 WC.

Vue magnifique

Accueil très sympathique! Maison très bien agencée avec une superbe vue mer et montagne. On se réveille avec un superbe levé de soleil chaque matin. Petite épicerie avec pain frais à proximité ainsi que quelques bons restaurants. Je recommande vivement!

Agréable séjour !

Villa fonctionnelle pour le nombre de personnes accueillies (9 adultes). Bon accueil de la réceptionniste. La villa est situé au calme avec une magnifique vue. Une vraie cuisine extérieure serait appréciable ! Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ses vacances et nous la recommandons.

Superbe villa, avec une superbe vue, mais un peu loin des principaux points d’interêt.

Superbe villa, superbe vue, pratique est spacieuse, chemin d’accès légèrement escarpée, plage à deux minutes. Seul point négatif un peu loin des différents supermarché, et des principaux centres d’intérêts. Mais parfait pour ceux qui ne souhaite pas être des les grandes villes!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre amis dans cette villa. Parfaite pour des enfants et bébé. Accès surprenant mais vue époustouflante Merci à la propriétaire pour son écoute et ses réponses appréciées. Merci également pour l'accueil fait par Annie.

Location au calme avec une vue magnifique, bien agencée et spacieuse , équipement de cuisine très complet, piscine chauffée très agréable, accès rapide aux supermarchés, et la localisation permet de faire de nombreuses excursions tant sur la côte qu'en montagne, à recommander fortement !

Ein wunderbares Haus in sehr gutem Zustand mit einem großartigen Ausblick.

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern zu Gast und hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Viele Terrassen, der Pool die große Küche und die Grünanlage drumherum boten viel Platz, um uns auszubreiten. Die moderne Einrichtung und das architektonische Konzept waren ein Genuß. Einziges Manko: Es gibt nur 2 Toiletten im Haus. Für 10 Personen etwas zu wenig, vor allem, wenn Kinder dabei sind.

un séjour de rêve

la maison est superbe, très fonctionnelle et très agréable à vivre. La piscine est bien chauffée et la situation géographique est top. Un lieu calme et préservé pour se ressourcer tout en profitant des beautés de la Corse: belle plage à 7 minutes de voiture avec un restaurant au top (Fautea). La propriétaire est très gentille et très réactive. Nous sommes venus à 3 couples avec 5 garçons entre 1 et 4 ans et nous recommandons vivement cette maison. C'était parfait!

Exceptional property - with some issues

This is an exceptional property but we had 3 issues - access, loos, and living room aircon. Some people won’t mind these issues but best to know in advance. The views of the sea and mountains are wonderful. But this is only possible because the property is perched atop a hill. Private access from the road is some 400 metres long starting with a gentle upward stony track then climbing some 70 meters on concrete at an almost impossible gradient. This requires 1st gear in a car (one car we saw slipped its clutch). Due to the gradient the walk down is not pleasant and the walk up is challenging in the early morning or late evening and punishing if not impossible in the heat of the day. It's only for very fit humans and dogs. Those with mobility issues, small children or buggy pushing parents should not attempt it. There is a work around - take your car down and park at the foot for the return up - not ideal. The property in effective terms is 700 meters from the beach / shop – driveway (with gradient) some 400 meters plus road to the car park 300 meters. The swimming pool is wonderful, warm at around 30 degrees, checked weekly, powered cover. The toilets are awful! There are only 2 small loos, neither has hand basin or bidet. The ground floor loo serves 3 bedrooms, the top floor loo 2 bedrooms. You can hardly fit in the top one, there is no fresh air or extractor. The property description states 5 en suite bathrooms – I had expected 5 loos in a “luxury” property. The outdoor eating area is a lovely place to have lunch. The indoor living area has no aircon. At night leave the doors open and brave the insects, or close the doors and suffer extreme heat. The bedrooms have aircon. The glass doors have no visible safety strip - one guest walked into a door causing a serious black eye and bruised face. There was no audio we could find but we took our own Bluetooth system. We didn't see an advertised "boat" or "petanque". The bed linen was partly substandard - helpfully exchanged by the local agent; the kitchen knives were not sharp. It was good having 2 fridges and 2 dishwasher machines. The restaurants at the beach and further away (e.g. at Solanzara) are lovely. The little shop at the beach stocks most essentials. There are supermarkets (Spar at Ste Lucie and Leclerc at Porto Vecchio). Local wineries e.g. at Lecci worth a visit also trips to Zonza and Bonifacio.

Résidence sublime

avons passé un superbe séjour résidence dans l 'attende de nos espoirs avons apprécié les salles de bains privative de chaque chambres, belles vues sur la mer ainsi que sur la montagne par l’arrière beau séjour ainsi que terrasse donnant sur la piscine a bonne température,une tranquillité dans un cadre superbe je recommande cette location vous ne serez pas déçu

un séjour inoubliable

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances exceptionnelle dans cette très belle maison avec un couple d'amis et 5 enfants; tout était parfait : la propreté de la piscine chauffée à 30 degrés (un régal pour les enfants), la propreté de la villa et son agencement. On ne se lasse pLa vue est magique

SEJOUR GENIAL

Merveilleux séjour dans une magnifique maison accrochée à la colline avec vues mer et montagne. La maison est parfaitement conçue pour vivre a plusieurs sans se géner et tout est fait pour un séjour inoubliable. Nombreuses balades a faire très bien conseillées par les propriétaires. Nous avons hâte de revenir lors de nos prochaines vacances.
