Magnificent 44 m² living room with fireplace/wood-burning stove - open-plan kitchen - dishwasher - On the first floor: 3 bedrooms (3 double beds, including 1 x 160 cm, 3 single beds, including 2 bunk beds, and a 90x190 cm pull-out bed in the living room) - bathroom - WC - 2 balconies - terrace with garden furniture in summer. Washing machine. On the ground floor of the chalet: a separate studio for 4 people connected to the upper part of the chalet by an internal staircase: kitchen/living room, a double bed (140x190 cm) and a bunk bed area (2 single beds 80x170 cm), a shower room, separate WC. Wi-Fi.

Travel cot available.

Notes: Access via a drivable track for 150 m and in winter via the ski slopes, accessible on foot or snowshoes for 150 m (snow-covered access). Bring a sled for luggage and snowshoes for hiking. Not recommended for those who are not very athletic or for very young children. Late arrivals (before nightfall) are not permitted for this chalet. Cleaning fee: €150 (includes emptying the bins and washing and putting away the dishes).
Note: €107 in additional charges during the winter. NO PETS ALLOWED. Firewood for the fireplace is provided.

A security deposit (depending on the size of the accommodation) will be required upon arrival.
