Come and enjoy a quiet stay in this spacious 65 m² flat with a view of the sea and the marina of Courseulles-sur-Mer. The flat has a living room with direct access to a loggia through a large bay window, a separate kitchen fully equipped, a large bedroom opening onto a second loggia, and a bathroom. Numerous amenities and activities are quickly accessible not far from the house: beach, walking or biking on the coast, water sports, market, Casino etc..

Located on the third floor with lift, in a secure residence, the flat for up to 4 people is composed as follows:

- A bright living room with direct access to a loggia, furnished with a dining table and chairs, a double sofa bed, coffee table and TV. You will enjoy a magnificent view of the harbour.
- A separate fully equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine...

This flat is located in a quiet and secure residence, with a view on the marina on one side, and on the countryside on the other side, next to the oyster parks and the sailing school.
You will find various shops within walking distance, restaurants and a fish market. There is also a second, more general market in the centre of Courseulles-sur-mer.
