Thank you so much for such a wonderful and detailed review! We’re thrilled to hear that the home was a great fit for your group of 10 and that everyone had plenty of space to relax, dine, enjoy the outdoors, and sleep comfortably. It was truly a pleasure working with you, and I’m glad the check-in process and communication went smoothly. We’re also happy you enjoyed the peaceful setting while still being close to town and the nearby hiking trails. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we would absolutely love to welcome you and your group back again

Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear the house was clean, check-in was easy, and that you enjoyed the unique features of the home. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back for another stay in the future!

Thank you for your wonderful review! We're so glad to hear you had a great stay. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the check-in time. Whenever possible, we're happy to accommodate early check-in requests if the home is ready. Unfortunately, that isn't always possible due to our turnover schedule. On days when one group checks out and another checks in, we have just a six-hour window to prepare the home. During that time, our team completes the full cleaning, inspection, trash removal, and hot tub servicing. Since this is a fairly large home, those six hours go by very quickly, and we never want to compromise on the quality of our preparation for incoming guests. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back for another visit soon!

We also appreciate your feedback regarding the bedroom sizes. We're happy to hear that, overall, the home worked well for your multi-generational group. Thank you for the recommendation! It was a pleasure hosting your family, and we hope to welcome you back for another special celebration in the future.

Very glad that you found the house great & beautiful. Hope you had a good trip

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the location and nearby activities. Understand from our email communication that one of the bunk beds didn't feel sturdy enough for you. We will certainly take a look at that today. Beside that, I did not get any reportings from you about other "maintenance / update" issues. Sorry that the home did not completely work out for your large group of 4 families. Hope you will find another one that works out for you better next time you plan to visit our area.

Thank you for staying with us! SO glad to hear this property was perfect for your vacation :) We hope to see you back on your next getaway to Winter Park.
