Best View on Tybee II

Enjoy waking up to the best view on Tybee Island! The almost private beach is just outside the unit, where you will see dolphins playing, shrimp boats, and majestic cargo ships coming in and out of the Savannah port . The north end of Tybee Island is very quiet, with pristine beaches and beautiful wildlife year round.

Please feel free to check out our other unit (#21C) that we own in the same building. They are very similar units. Both units have amazing Oceanfront views!. The VRBO listing number is 803720. The dates on this unit may fit your vacation needs better. Please email or call if there are questions.

PLEASE NOTE-
1) This unit is located on the 3rd floor and does NOT have access to an elevator. There are 48 steps to the unit. The view is SO well worth it and we just consider it part of our daily exercise and it's the top floor so no one is above you!!

16C is the perfect unit to take in the beautiful 180* view of the ocean and the Savannah river. There are two bedrooms. Guests bedroom has a Queen Bed and Twin Bunk Beds and the Master Bedroom has a new comfortable king bed overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Both have private full baths .The living room, dining area and kitchen are comfortable and well equipped with an adorable cottage look.

Just a 5 minute walk to the Tybee Lighthouse. Walk or bike just a short distance to several great restaurants- North Beach Grill, Huc a poos, Agave- they are all wonderful! Ride bikes to anywhere on the Island! You can park your car and not have to get back in it until it is time to leave if you wish!

This condo is located in Lighthouse Point Condo complex. This is a gated condo complex. On the North end of Tybee Island and the quiet end where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a large beach but not a lot of waves. The ships come to the Savannah Port and we see dolphins almost every day we are there. Lighthouse Point features two large swimming pools OPEN YEAR ROUND (20'x50' and 25'x45') and a kids pool (10'x18') The pools are not heated. There are 2 tennis courts, private WIFI and a community grill.

Tybee Island is just a short 20 minute drive to Historic Downtown Savannah! Take a day to tour this beautiful city and be back in the afternoon on the beach and watching the sunset!

Girls weekend

Incredibly relaxing getaway. INCREDIBLE view from the balcony- so much so half the day was usually spent just enjoying the view sipping coffee and cocktails. It was a short drive to Ft. Pulaski and Savannah. We had a good time visiting Savannah for the ghost tours, shows, and amazing bars but it was so wonderful to return to such a calm and peaceful retreat.

Perfect Property

We loved the condo! It had everything we needed with a gorgeous view. The board games, puzzles, and binoculars were a wonderful surprise. North Beach area is our new favorite. We loved that the condo is in walking distance to some of our favorite restaurants.

Great Oceanfront Condo

I am so happy this condo was available for our last minute stay on Tybee Island, we had such a great time here. The condo was so cute and comfortable. The deck was great to relax on and look out over the beach and watch the ships pass by. The condo is in a great location on the island and we loved how easy it was to drive into Savannah from where we were as well. David was easy to communicate with, and checking in and out were easy processes. I would definitely love to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay on the island.

Wonderful condo on Tybee!

We had a fabulous experience in David's condo! It is very clean, beautifully decorated, and the views to the water truly were spectacular. I hope we have a chance to come back and I would absolutely plan a visit around being able to stay here again. You do have to walk up 3 flights of stairs, which would be tough for someone with mobility issues, but we looked at it as built-in exercise! Both check-in and communication with David were convenient and check-out procedures were typical, no problem at all. David was a perfect host and we highly recommend his condo!

Great family spring break location

We loved our stay on Tybee Island! The condo was beautiful, the views are breathtaking. We did several days exploring Tybee Island and several in Savannah. David was very easy to work with!

Tybee Island a Piece of Heaven on Earth

Communication was above and beyond! CONDO and Balcony Views a Piece of Heaven!! This was our first time on Tybee IslandThe view, the peace, location were as described, and stellarbeyond our expectations!! We could not be more pleased at our resting destination as we got to explore this beautiful state and the cities and towns it holds!! Our Host was incredible with communicating with us throughout our stay. The condo, and its amenities were fantastic, we have never “slept in” anywhere we stayed in the past, and we slept in every morning except the day of our departure. We would not hesitate to stay here or any other property that is owned by David and Cissy. Exceptional in every way!! Thank you David & Cissywe hope to have the privilege of staying at this condo again. 10/10

Grrat stay in North Tybee

Lovely condo with great views of the ocean, cargo shops, birds and dolphins. Quiet spot but walkable to many loctions on Tybee Island. Quick drive access into Savannah as well. Can't wait to come back again!

Great condo, great view

Very nice condo for our stay on Tybee Island. Comfortable and well appointed, we had everything we needed. The weather was unusually unpleasant and affected our appreciation of the beach, but even in the wind and rain the view was great. We would recommend this condo.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo , it was very clean & felt like you were at home . We enjoyed watching the cargo ships pass by& the quietness of the surrounding area . Would recommend staying here if you like a quiet area to relax at!!

This is a decent property with everything you need for a short stay. It is very close to the beach and has a lovely view. Just for awareness, there is not much else (shops, restaurants) within walking distance.

Peaceful Oasis with a Scenic View

This condo rental was gorgeous! Very bright, clean and homey. The stairs were absolutely worth the amazing views of the beach. The short walk to the beach was also shorter than anticipated. Beach was quiet, full of sea shells, dolphins and birds to keep us entertained.

Beautiful Location

This unit is in a perfect location with a beautiful view of the beachfront. Very quaint and modest. Parking area for the unit was a little tight for an SUV but there is unmarked parking very close that I used during my stay. Conveniently located for quick shoping and an easy drive to Savannah in case you would like to take in some those sites. I also have to give big kudos to the cleaning lady Lisa. We mistakenly forgot an item up departure and Lisa willingly accommodated us by mailing it to us. Now that's platinum service! Will definitely return for another stay soon.

Wonderful location

We very much enjoyed this condo. It’s a wonderful spot on the north beach, very quiet and relaxing this time of year. Has outstanding views and easy beach access. The condo itself is wonderfully decorated, well equipped and clean. This one is a must stay if in Tybee.

Quiet and Relaxing

Our stay was quiet and relaxing. The kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we needed. The location does have a spectacular view. We were happy to stay in during our rainy day because we had what we needed. A comfy and cozy sofa, a glasses for wine and TV.. I do like that they had a sound machine in the master bedroom And they also had ample towels. They provided all that was needed for comfortable stay. The home was decorated beautifully and was very clean. The owner communicated well during the process.. We would book this property again.

First Vrbo experience

This was our family’s first experience booking with Vrbo. The means of communication through Vrbo was a little different than other experiences, but the Condo was amazing. The host was also easy to work with and left helpful items and informations in an area that was easy to access.

Such a lovely condo!

My family and I stayed in 16C for a few nights in Tybee Island. The condo is absolutely lovely! It has a cottage feel, very clean and the view is fantastic! There is a short 3-5 minute walk to the ocean but the beach is a fairly private beach, very few people. Check in and out was very easy and the host was always available to communicate with. Would highly recommend and will visit again!
