Positive: Host was really great. He was very good with communication. We had some problems at check-in. Fortunately, his family lives four houses down and they were able to help us with check-in. It is clean facility.Negatives: Did not realize how far it was from Guadalajara Centro. It is closer to Tlaquepaque. My bad in not checking it out. There are no good places to eat nearby - not even a decent place to get a cup of coffee. Will do better next time.

I was on the fence about this place days prior to using it. Communication with the host made me comfortable. Total of 5 family members. Everyone was comfortable. A/c system was a big plus along with hot water for the shower. All cooking utensils were there. We rented a small van that fitted 7 people and it fit perfectly in the secured parking space. Not once did we have to contact the host. The place is a little tricky to find. Will be using this rental again. Highly recommended getting a rental car and being aggressive driver is a must. Here's a couple pics i would like to share. Along with some food spots. Breakfast is at La Guera is a must, best menudo in the world.

Excelente atención! Eduardo y su familia salieron bien atendidos por todo. Los primeros días el aire condicionado estaba fallando pero estuvieron al 100 arriba del situación. Hasta reiñplazaron un nuevo AC Primera vez y yo pienso llegar otra día en el futuro!

Stayed at different property but host is great!

Eduardo needed to change for our dates so we stayed at his property in Tlaquepaque. Can't say anything about the property with that in mind but Eduardo was great with communication. His brother Mario greeted us and showed us everything. The property we stayed at was very clean and in a gated community. I would definitely stay at one of Eduardo's properties again.

Home Away from Home

The casita was just perfect. Eduardo was the perfect host. If we had any concerns he would take care of it right away. The location of the casita was near everything you need in Guadalajara. We felt very secure and will definitely be returning for our next vacation.

Beautiful Home

Great VRBO in Guadalajara

Our stay at Eduardo's home in Guadalajara was great. The home is just as described on the listing. Three bedrooms each with an attached bathroom. An additional bathroom near the living area. Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials if you want to make a meal. There was bottled water, plenty of towels, the air conditioner works great, and there is plentiful hot water. The WiFi works very well and the TV has Netflix and lots of DVDs to choose from. The area felt very safe, easy to catch an Uber at the end of the street, walkable to a nice little market and many food options. Eduardo is an exceptional host, very responsive to any questions, and Angie was also very helpful when we had a little difficulty finding the home upon our arrival. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend staying with Eduardo if you are ever in Guadalajara!

Cozy Apartment

Property was very cozy and as described. Location was great for us. 15 minute drive to downtown and easy to find with gps. Bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. A/C worked very well. Kitchen is well stocked with nice appliances. Host were very friendly and attentive. Forgot one of our blankets and were able to pick it up days later when we were back in town. My wife loved it, she would definitely stay there again.
