Beach Please, this GULF FRONT 2bd/2bath unit is in fact within the closest complex to the water having add panoramic views of the Gulfs teal green waters ALL located in the heart of Gulf Shores. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops and adult/family night life. There is a well stocked market across the street with gourmet foods and spirits. This unit is in a friendly, low density complex leaving our private beach less congested. Access to the beach is a snap about 70-90 steps on the boardwalk to the white sandy beach. Top it off with FREE chair service everyday of your stay- 2 lounge chairs & 1 umbrellas by @suncoastbeachservice starting early March thru Mid October- Chairs are set up at 9am collected at 5pm every day weather permitting. Enjoy the stash of beach toys, buckets, castle molds, a floaty pump, water noodle, float and a skim board. We just ask you rinse off the sand before putting them back in the basket located in the beachside bedroom. We strongly believe in the kindness of the beach -quote - Need one barrow one, have one leave one. Vacations, getaways, holidays, &/or the rare minute of R&R enjoy the stress free packing knowing your beach chairs and toys are waiting for you on property.
#beach355 - The unit was remodeled/updated 2022-23- with Pacific Northwest (Washington State) meets Gulf of Mexico, Lower Alabama vibes. Clean lines, no fuss- The unit has unobstructed Panoramic views of the amazing teal waters viewed thru NEW floor to ceiling sliders. There is fresh paint throughout the unit with sleek wood LVP floors. The updated kitchen has straight line cabinets, marble solid surfaces. Stainless appliances and fully stocked for all your meal prepping needs. New in 2022 charcoal grills on the West side of the property for guests to use. The Master suite has a memory foam king sized mattress topped with luxury linens. There are universal wireless charging stations and sound machines at each nightstands. The adjoining full bath has 100% Terry towels, fresh paint, and flooring. The guest gulf front bedroom has a queen bed a full dresser and closet for personal use. All the bedding and linens are 100% cotton.. There are touch lamps with USB charging ports on each nightstands. There are smart TV's in each room with Roku and dish network services. Free password protected super speed FIBER WiFi throughout the unit and building including the pool area.. All the furniture within the living space was purchased 2023- We give a 100% guarantee for cleanliness. I'm originally from Washington State about 2 hrs West of Seattle in the Pacific NW. While traveling with my fiancé now husband. I fell in love with Gulf Shores/ Orange beach area. He being from NW Alabama had visited many times but together we have fallen more in love with the area and the kindness of the locals, The weather allows us to do everything we love to do from kayaking, scuba diving, bike riding or simply relaxing on the beach people watching- In July 2020 we decided to became locals/ transplants to this greatest community.
Then there was Sally Sept 16th 2020 as new condo owners of less than 60 days w/o any knowledge on how to navigate a hurricane disaster- fThe rebuild had been with tears, laughter, and a lot of patience. 2020/21 was full of Covid 19, 18 named storms, 7 hurricanes, with 1 direct hit Cat 2. Giving us the opertunity 2021, 2022-23 to start fresh- With a condo facelift, a new look, fresh linens, new furniture, new solid surfaces appriances and 2023 newly dredged white sandy beach. We decided to share our little piece of paradise with others. Come experience the greatness of the area and all it has to offer. Thank you for looking . #beach355

Closest complex to the Gulf 70-90 steps to the shore, Low density complex (less crowded) in the heart of Gulf Shores walking distance to restaurants, souvenirs shops, night life, and there is a well stocked market across the street. . Walk to the Hang Out Music Festival, Shrimp Fest - and much more.. the walkability and outdoor activities diving, kayaking, running or people watching on the beach .

Take a ride out to Fort Morgan State Park built in 1834 and heavily used during the civil war. For those that want to visit her sister fort across Mobile Bay, Fort Gaines. Or take the day on the car ferry over to Dauphin Island to explore. or just sit on the beach in your free chairs that have been waiting for you -
For those that have never experienced the night life on the beach, you are in for a wonderful time. There are options for night life adult and/or family orintated in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. The Pink Pony and The Hangout are a half mile from our condo. Live Bait is a popular spot in Orange Beach- All have live music most of the time. One of the best places to experience the Gulf Coast nightlife and meet people ages 18 to 80 is the world famous roadhouse, the Florabama Beach Bar. Located right on the Alabama/Florida line, the Florabama has beach access, great food and some of the best live music around, where many greats still comeback too - Kenny, Luke Combs, and many more- Underage kids are fine until 6pm after 6pm they must be 18 yrs old -
Island Shores is only an hour away from Mobile Alabama, 30 minutes from Pensacola Florida, and 10 minutes from Foley, Alabama. Located directly on the beach at 421 East Beach Blvd, ½ half mile east of where 59 ends at the public beach in Gulf Shores. From I-10, take highway 59 to Gulf Shores and take a left on East Beach Blvd, then go ½ mile and Island Shores is on the right. From the Foley Beach Express, after going through the toll bridge keep going straight until you dead end into Canal Road, then take a right and follow it to 59 and take another left, then when 59 dead ends at the beach take another left and go ½ mile and Island Shores is on your left.
