Zero communication from the owner regarding accessing the property. Only received a note from someone at a management company 2 days before arrival after I reached out asking for information. I did receive a call morning before arrival from a management company and I informed them at that time of approximate arrival time as we were traveling cross country. They pressed us to arrive before management company closed at their convenience not ours. Parking was provided, but would not tell us where it was until after we arrived, forcing us to pull into a pay parking lot first. In addition, we had to leave early to catch return car and catch a train and they insisted on inspecting apartment prior to us leaving and were late!The apartment was cleaned ok; however, the windows were very dirty on balcony as was the glass railing. Plus, we found dirty underwear in closet! Zero information was provided in condo: nothing on Wi-Fi, how to open front door which required a fob and not a key, restaurants, garbage removal, etc. There was no dryer, but listing said there was one, only a dirty rusted dryer rack on balcony. We have rented from VRBO for over 20 years and this was our worst experience by far.
