Great location

The flat is in a great location, close to transport links for the airport and the top shopping street Kurfürstendamm. Down side is that it is up 90 steps which is tiring when carrying suitcases. Beware that you are charged on arrival 50 for cleaning and 22 city taxes - something we thought were part of the booked fee. It took virtually all of our cash.

It met my requirements 100%.

Everything I needed was within walking distance. Restaurants and shops. Unfortunately, the parking situation is not so good. If you can travel without a car, you should do so. Saves time and a lot of money. However, the landlord can't do anything about that. The apartment was great - full marks. I'd be happy to come back!!

Cozy Stay

The apartment is exactly what the property photos and description depicts. Perfect size for 2 people...maybe 3 for a cozy West Berlin stay. This apartment is close to many public transportation options, wonderful resturants, and a few bars. Be prepared for the stairs, they are no joke but also totally manageable. My only knock is the cash payment of $50 for a cleaning fee. I'm not sure why this fee isn't included in the VRBO rental payment, but I was forced to take cash out of an ATM which cost me more than just the $50. Other than that, lovely property.

Not quite what we expected

Apartment was offered very clean and is located in a lovely area. However, it is on a 5th floor walkup. If you are not a fit 20-year old, and are traveling with luggage I would not recommend it. Additionally, it was advertised as one-bedroom with a double bed, and an additional single bed. It is not. It is really a studio apartment with a kitchenette corner and a bathroom; it is suitable for a couple. We had a friend joining us - she slept on a mattress on the floor.

There is a large bed (2.00 m X 1.80 m) and a sofa bed (1.20 m X 2.00 m) which is a bit lower. So no mattress.

Hidden Costs!!!!

You’ll have to look deep into the T’s & C’s to find the cleaning cost. Even though my receipt had a “Total Cost”,it wasn’t. The”cleaning cost”was taken by hand , at the start of the trip,with no receipt offered. Really disappointing as the apartment was in a great area. Be aware!!

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in einem spannenden Viertel. In der Nähe befinden sich viele Restaurants. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Die Kommunikations mit den Gastgebern war sehr freundlich und zuverlässig.

Apartamento muy cuidado y limpio en una zona muy bien comunicada pero quizás pequeño para 3 personas y el sofá cama al abrirse queda a ras de suelo siendo incomodo si viajas con gente mayor. En general, una buena experiencia.

Sehr erholsame Woche in einer kleinen gemütlichen Wohnung

Haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Brauchten eine kleine Unterkunft mit Kochmöglichkeit,wo ich meine Tochter nach ihrer Op betreuen konnte.Sehr ruhiges Haus Fenster zum Innenhof absolute Ruhe auch Nachts. Sehr netter Vermieter, der für alle Fragen offen ist und sofort antwortet.Auch der Empfang super freundlich hat mir sogar den Koffer bis nach oben getragen. Wohnung liegt im 4.Stock ohne Fahrstuhl Sport mit inbegriffen aber ist garnicht mal so schlimm. Würde die Wohnung sofort weiter empfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank und viele Grüße aus 26215 Wiefelstede bestimmt bis zum nächsten Mal

Gute Lage, nähe S-Bahn Station, Wohnung gut ausgestattet, Sport ist inklusive, da die Wohnung im 5. Stock liegt. Ich würde die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das modern und gemütlich eingerichtete Apartment liegt im 4 OG, Fenster zum ruhigen Hof, somit ein angenehmer Schlaf. In 3 Minuten ist man an der S Bahn Station, von dort z. B. 10 Minuten zum HBF oder 15 zum Alexanderplatz. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!

Super Appartment in toller Lage

Es hat alles super reibungslos geklappt. Von der Schlüsselübergabe bis zur Kommunikation alles sehr freundlich und super schnell. Das Appartement ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage ist super und zentral an U-/S-Bahn-Station und Bushaltestellen gelegen. Gerne wieder!

A deux pas des transports en commun

Idéalement bien placer, à deux pas de la gare type " RER", où il y a 5 lignes passantes, dont celle de l'aéroport ! L'appartement est confortable et bien aménagé. Attention cependant pour les personnes ayant des difficultés physiques, les 90 marches (4eme étage) peuvent avoir raison de vous ! Le quartier est calme et possède de nombreux restaurants.

Berlin - Charlottenburg

Aufenthalt war gut. Gute Lage und alles schnell und bequem zu erreichen. Ansprechpartner bei der Schlüsselübergabe sehr unfreundlich und kassierte 50€ Reinigungsgebühr, welche vorher nirgends erwähnt wurde und einen Mietsvertrag mit entsprechenden Klauseln haben wir nie erhalten, auch nicht nachträglich.
