Lake View, Beautiful Condo, Private Beach and Pool

The condo is located just up the hill, a short walk from the village of Bolton Landing. The 3 bedroom loft accommodates 6 guests. Enjoy the pool, leisurely walk to the boat docks and lake front and fire-pit under the stars.

The charming little village offers a variety of restaurants, antique shops, clothing and gift shops, two public beaches and parks and marinas to rent boats and jet skis or go water-skiing or parasailing.

There are also charter boats for fishing or canoes and kayaks to rent for a more leisurely trip on the water. There are trails to hike and Adirondack Extreme with ropes to swing in the treetops. Also within a short distance there is horseback riding and mountain bike trails

Beautiful location

We loved our stay in this beautifully decorated condo with views of the lake, access to pool, tennis and docks. It was very comfortable for our family of 5. The location was perfect - a 2 minute drive to the quaint town of Bolton landing. We hope to return next year!

Perfect lake vacation for the family

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The boys enjoyed the pool and the tennis court. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo was beautiful. There were tons of activities nearby. The Internet was great and allowed my husband to work remotely all week. The views from the living room and the loft were amazing!

Bolton Landing Fall getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo in Bolton Landing! Great location and close to town. The place was beautiful and was the perfect size for 3 people but can comfortably fit a few more. Had everything we needed for our stay. The view off the deck is stunning, especially in mid October! Jessica was very easy to contact, responded quickly and very helpful with any questions or concerns. I would definitely rent this condo again! Judy Lewis

Winter Break

This property is extremely clean and well maintained. The owner paid a lot of great attention to detail to make us comfortable. The house is equipped with all brand new kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, big screen TV, and ample supplies of everything. We stayed in other expensive resorts in Lake George during Covid in 2021, and would prefer to come back to this property. The location is terrific, just minutes away from the Bolton Landing town.

Nasty neighbors

I was so happy to rent this property since my daughter was staying at Lake George for the month of august with her in-laws . My daughter, her husband and my grandson live in Oregon so we only see them 2-3 times a year! We arrive at the condo and it was perfect! Clean , decorated nicely and fully equipped! We left to visit my daughter and I invited them back to our condo for breakfast! I knew when I rented this property that only 6 people could stay there but I assumed that meant slept not visit! The next morning when my daughter came with her child in her arms she was told by a neighbor that she could not park there! She said there were no other spots! Then this woman told her to go home! Later she told my other daughter that you cannot have guests in the condo only 6 people and I am going to report you! We are all adults, not kids wanting to party just wanted to spend time together! The owners called that night to say the condo board had called them about more than 6 people in the condo rule!! The owner was very nice but when I first booked it should have specified only 6 allowed in the condo not six people sleeping there! It is stated in the condo rules but I got that later!! We never used any of the facilities at this condo because then we could not be with our grandson! Next year we will rent elsewhere. This property is nice if you only have 6 and hopefully that neighbor is gone. She ruined our trip!!

Nice location and home

Overall, it’s a very nice property. Super clean, updated kitchen, great view of the lake and comfortable beds. The only downside were the bathrooms which were very dated and deteriorating.

Location was decent, property was nice. Enjoyed the lake. There were no dressers or hangers, so we lived out of our suitcases for a week. There was a lot of dog hair under the sofas and the stair case, glad no of us have allergies. The master bathroom had large amounts of black mold in the jets of the tub and large quantities of cob webs on the vents in the ceiling. There was no window in the master and the slider did not have a screen. So we were not able to enjoy the cool night air. We were also watched by the homeowners on the ring doorbell. I booked through Travelocity with a search of 5-8 people. Mid week the owners contacted us and asked us to leave as we had 7 people, he the proceed to explain he was watching us on cameras. He explained the association rule was for 6 max. He proceeded to tell me I could not haVe booked through Travelocity. I offered to send a copy of my confirmation and he refused. I agreed to pay the fine he would receive from his association Friday the 30 th, and on Friday one owner text me her Venmo, while I was out on the lake, about an hour and half later the second owner called to ask me why I had not paid the fine as of yet. They truly ruined our vacation. I have text and Vrbo messages and photos to back up all these concerns and comments. We will not be visiting Lake George again.

Fall in Bolton Landing

The condo is very comfortable and well stocked and taken care of. The view off of the deck in the Fall was outstanding. The walk back and forth to town would be questionable with small kids. Otherwise, the condo is a perfect getaway and Bolton Landing in the Fall is a very quaint, quiet area.
