Bright and spacious Treviso Bay TPC Golf Coach Home with screened patio for dining and relaxing. Enjoy lake view and evening breezes after a day on the course! Beautifully-maintained TPC 18-hole golf course designed by Arthur Hills, including fabulous exclusive clubhouse facilities with bar and restaurant. Magnificent driving range, practice pitch, and putting greens. Walk to resort style social clubhouse with bar and grill, pool and spa, beauty salon and fully equipped fitness center. Even closer, walk around the corner to additional neighborhood pool with grill area, and hot tub! Community activities include tennis, bocce, pickle-ball, basketball, fire pit socials with live entertainment, and a sandy beach area. Close to downtown Naples and world-class dining, shopping, and beaches! Or have dinner on the patio watching the Florida wildlife.

Welcome to your home away from home! Well-appointed home with comfortable living area, refined formal dining space, and casual breakfast area. Beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Master bedroom with king bed, two spacious walk-in closets, and bath with separate shower and soaking tub. Two guest bedrooms, each with king bed and plenty of closet space.

Fifteen minute drive to beautiful white sand beaches, including Marco Island, or head to downtown Naples with world class shopping, dining, and entertainment, including the Philharmonic Center and Museum of Arts. Treviso in November

Property as advertised and more. Lots of little things provided at checkin that made us feel very welcome and owners were tremendously responsive when needed. Didn’t hurt that weather was fabulous as well. We would do again.

A winning wonderful place to stay

We stayed at Cali and Antonio’s house for a month in July 2021 and we can honestly say this is one of the nicest houses we’ve ever stayed at. The house has a home feeling to it and it was even further emphasised by the warm welcome we received in the form of a gift basket once we got to the house. All bedrooms are equipped with wonderful mattress, so sleeping was also a pleasure. Additionally, the house is fully air conditioned and thus even with the tropical temperature, feeling comfortable was not a problem. The washer and dryer were brand new, as were all other appliances which made for first class cooking and dining. Treviso Bay itself is also beautiful, calm, clean and has wonderful amenities such as the pools, (a huge one with barbecue possibility just around the corner), the gym with its newest training equipment, and the clubhouse as well as the various sports courses. Riding one of the three bikes is a pleasure taking in account that you can ride at least an hour without using the same road twice. Furthermore, everything you might possibly need is within a close driving distance including numerous supermarkets, food shops and downtown Naples’ famous 5th Avenue as well as some nice relaxing beaches with clean showers, toilets and changing rooms (Lowermilk beach only 10 mins away). Last but not least Cali and Antonio were extremely accommodating, answering any questions we might have quickly and even becoming our saviors when they let us lengthen our stay when we encountered some trouble with our flight back to Paraguay. All in all, we had a wonderful time at your house! Thank you for everything! The Koops Isasi Family
