Downtown Salem Historical large 2nd story walk-up apartment with vaulted ceilings. Historical downtown Salem at your doorstep!
This location is in the heart of downtown Salem, walking distance from delicious restaurants, expansive parks, the Willamette River and so much more! We're four blocks from the hospital and Willamette University. The unit comes with private gated parking with your lodging. We do take up to two pets at this unit. The unit is large 800 ft.² has a full size bathroom with a bathtub, full-size washer and dryer inside of unit all amenities are included.

You must be able climb stairs and carry up your stuff to the Loft.

The host provided clear instructions on how to enter the parking lot, building, and loft. She sent clear directions on how to use the heater when I couldn’t figure it out! We had a nice time in Salem once again.

Charming downtown apartment in perfect location!

We loved staying at this adorable apartment! Plenty of room for three of us, nice big kitchen and very comfortable, clean living space. Literally the perfect location for staying in Salem. Right in the middle of the old downtown, lots of restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance and literally across the street from the riverfront city park. We’ll be staying again for sure!

Nice place to stay

The apartment is up a long flight of very steep stairs. We only slept in one bedroom, but it was good to have the second one for our extra luggage. The bed is very soft, as are many of the pillows and the sofa. Having a dishwasher and a clothes washer & dryer is very convenient. The only problem we had was the rock band that played for two hours on Friday night. The facility is a drop-in center for young people. Every first Friday of the month they have a concert. It is VERY loud. We left shortly after it started as the noise level was painful.

Cute downtown loft

The apartment was well appointed with plenty of towels, linens and the kitchen was well stocked. Having a private parking lot was very nice also.

Downtown vibes

Salem was hopping and the town was awesome. Perfect spot for people who enjoy the nightlife.

Great unit! Great & not so great location

Only good things to say about the unit itself and the property manager, Angela. Being in the heart of downtown Salem was great for the purpose of my 19 day stay, but a little sketchy at night. Our car was broken into in the designated parking spot behind the building. (A first though, I was told) we parked on the street at night the remainder of the stay. Also not the quietest of locations at night. (Take your ear plugs)

My name is Angela Jones, I grew up and have lived in Salem for the majority of my life. It is my home and I am so excited to share it with visitors! I have twin boys Max and Sam, who I am currently using my vacation rentals income to help put them both through college! My boys are my world, and I am proud of both of them.
I am also an Arbonne Independent Consultant. Arbonne provides pure, safe and beneficial health and beauty products. Our products are made for those that don't want to use harsh chemicals and want true results in their health and their looks!

As I got closer to having to start paying for my boys college, I decided to launch my vacation rental business with my Downtown Salem Loft. a 2400 sq ft "New York Style Loft" Apartment in the oldest historical building in downtown Salem. I quickly realized this was my nitch, I was great at hosting guests and providing beautiful, affordable lodging in our Capitol City and Greater Willamette Valley and so it began. My vacation rental company is SalemStays. Currently I have 12 vacation rentals in Salem, 1 In Independence Oregon towards the coast and wine country and 1 in Stayton Oregon on the trail to Silver Falls State park and the Oregon Gardens! I love the hospitality business and supplying guests with beautiful, comfortable, and usable spaces to stay in for a much more reasonable price than staying in a hotel.

I love to get to know all my guests and to make new connections. I hope you stay with me if you ever come to Salem OR or the Greater Willamette Valley
