The charming, fully-equipped kitchen has white cupboards and is outfitted with a recently updated stainless steel range and dishwasher. Enjoy your favorite sporting event, show, or movie on the 65 inch 4K UHD Smart TV in the living room, while warming up in front of the modern gas fireplace. The living room also has sliding doors to the deck. Soak up the lake views or catch up on your favorite Netflix show from our favorite room in the house, the screened porch. Enter the porch through a sliding glass wall, removing the barrier between outdoors and in! From the screened porch, step out onto a huge deck outfitted with Sunbrella patio furniture and dining table ready to seat up to 11 people.
Step into the plush, ¾ acre lawn to play yard games or explore the 300+ species of plant life. The property offers over 100 feet of lake frontage and 70 feet of pier to park your boat or catch a fish. It’s also only a short walk across the lawn to put your toes in the sand at Frost Woods beach.

The upstairs master suite offers plenty of room to spread out and a comfortable king-size bed. A large private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a spacious bathtub overlooking the lake. Start your mornings with coffee or yoga on your private deck, with beautiful lake views or turn on the morning news on the 55 inch smart TV.
Three bright guest bedrooms offer modern furnishings, an electric standing desk, and comfy beds and bedding that are a great place to land after a long day of play. One of which is outfitted with a crib and rocking chair for your little one.
A finished basement is a great place for the kids to play, or just a separate area to spread out and relax. This area has ample space for air mattresses (Upon request).
This is a fisherman's, bicyclist’s, and boater’s paradise with over 30 golf courses and frisbee golf also nearby. You are 10 minutes by car, or 20 minutes by bike away from Downtown Madison set on an isthmus between two beautiful lakes. Visit the Wisconsin State Capitol, State Street, Monona Terrace, Camp Randall, Kohl Center, Alliant Energy Center, UW Madison, and Farmer’s Markets by bike, boat, or car. Feel like dining out? It’s no secret Madison is foodie paradise! Easily drive, boat, or bike to many nearby restaurants for dinner on a patio overlooking the water.
Don’t forget your bikes! Your home sits directly on the Madison Lake Loop, and has quick access to miles and miles of trails, with the best views in the greater Madison area. There are also several bike rental services in the area.
Enjoy being active? We have 2 kayaks ready for your use. You have many options nearby to rent a pontoon. Off-street parking is available for up to 4 vehicles.
We are welcoming you into our primary residence, so it’s outfitted with everything you need. If a door has been secured, we ask that you respect our privacy, but the majority of our house has been made available to you trusting that you will treat our home as you would treat your own.
