Wonderful view! Host accommodated a late evening check in and was attentive to any needs we had.This apartment is a quirky 2 bedroom beach rental. It has everything you need for a short or long stay. The building is older and weathered but the location is excellent.

Die Unterkunft hat eine absolut fantastische und einmalige Aussicht! Einschlafen mit Meeresrauschen - was gibt es schöneres?! Die Küche ist super eingerichtet mit allen Geräten die man braucht. Sehr schöner und geräumiger Balkon - ein Traum! Badezimmer ist renoviert und geräumig. Zum Vermieter hatten wir guten Kontakt und erhielten immer sofort Antwort. Das Appartement ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hat ein paar Alterserscheinungen. Die Sicht auf Strand und Meer lässt einem aber über einiges hinwegsehen. Einzig was störend war, ist dass die Toilette permanent und zum Teil stark nach Urin roch. Egal wie gut wir putzten.

Unfassbar schöne Aussicht. Sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ich würde wieder da buchen bei einem nächsten Besuch in Biarrizz.

Das Einzigartige an dieser Unterkunft ist der Ausblick und die Lage. Das Appartementhaus an sich ist zwar nicht das schönste aber der Ausblick aus der Wohnung ein Traum. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, könnte nicht besser sein. Das Appartement war auch sehr ruhig, abgesehen vom Meeresrauschen ;)

El departamento nos decepcionó. Está viejo y descuidado, hay telerañas en todo el edificio. dice que tiene 2 cuartos pero a eso no se le puede llamar cuartos. El segundo cuarto es un sillón cama y esta viejo y sucio, no tienen almohadas en ninguna de las dos habitaciones. El baño huele muy feo no tiene ventilación. No hay luz en el departamento, se oye todo el ruido de afuera y entra mucha luz ya que las persianas son solo como decorativas. El estacionamiento está muy feo, lleno de tierra y oscuro parece abandonado. Las sillas de la sala están descuidadas, la mesa del comedor si le quitas el mantel está todo rota. Sin duda buscaremos otra opción para nuestra próxima estancia.

Incroyable vue ! Appartement situé au dernier étage de l’aile du Palais avec terrasse de 20 m2 et vue panoramique à couper le souffle sur la grande plage. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Teddy de la conciergerie et il a été très arrangeant pour les horaires de départ et d’arrivée. Idéalement situé pour tout faire à pied : la plage bien sûr mais également le quartier commerçant St-Charles, Les Halles et le marché, les ballades (phare, côte des Basques, etc). L’arrêt de bus qui dessert l’aéroport et Bayonne est juste devant l’immeuble.L’appartement est fonctionnel et très bien équipé (mention pour le lave-linge sèche linge très utile avec l’humidité ambiante). Super hamac pour la sieste. Literie très correcte. La salle de bain est spacieuse et refaite au goût du jour. Nous avons pu également connecter nos téléphones à la lampe Sonos pour profiter de la musique et à la Tv en Airplay. La véranda a été très appréciée par notre ado qui dormait très bien dans le canapé-lit. La cuisine ne manquait de rien pour une petite semaine de vacances à trois avec l’offre pléthorique de bons restaurants aux alentours. Bref, nous avons été ravis de notre séjour et gardons cette bonne adresse pour la prochaine fois que nous irons à Biarritz.

Une semaine à Biarritz

Le studio très confortable pour un couple nous a permis de profiter d'une vue exceptionnelle sur la plage et de visiter les environs. Le parking inclus dans la location s'est avéré très utile au centre de Biarritz. L'équipement du studio est parfait pour ce type de séjour.

Très belle vue sur l'océan

Appartement face à la grande plage. Vue sur l'hôtel du palais. Agréable dans l'ensemble. Fenêtres coulissantes anciennes difficiles à ouvrir, interrupteur eclairage à revoir ainsi que le étanchéité de la douche italienne.

Très bon séjour à Biarritz

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le logement, la vue y est superbe et l’emplacement idéal. Nous avons malheureusement été très déçu du check in et du check out avec la concierge (retards et communication déplorable). Nous recommandons évidemment le logement, en espérant que le concierge ait changé.

Meilleur emplacement à Biarritz

Superbe exposition grâce à la terrasse , 2 chaises longues auraient été bien appréciées ! Belle salle de bain. Le parking est un vrai plus dans la ville. Instructions claires mais arrivée et départ très / trop rigides : nous n’avons pu profiter de l’appartement qu’à 17h30, alors que l’annonce proposait 15h30 et dû impérativement partir à 10h30 (vs 11h) pour l’organisation de la conciergerie. Parfait malgré ces qqs mini défauts (ménage en surface, oreillers a remplacer,) on reviendra !

Best view in Biarritz

The apartment ist definitely one of the best options for Biarritz. You have a stunning view, the best place, wonderful terrace. Even a parking slot in the garage is included, which is big enough! We want to come back for sure. Merci Andree for this nice stay.

Nice Apartment with Great Location and Spectacular Views

The apartment is very nice and well furnished. The location is ideal! It’s faces the main beach and it’s next to the Hotel du Palais and the casino. You can easily walk to everything in town from this apartment. And the views are incredible! There are two terraces that face the beach and the ocean. It’s absolutely spectacular! There is no air conditioning, but the marine breezes keep the apartment comfortable at all times. The apartment comes with a parking space in the parking garage below the building. The garage itself is very narrow and difficult to navigate. If you plan on renting a car and parking there, I suggest that you take out the extra collision insurance from the rental car agency. We scraped the door of our car in the garage while trying to park, and we’re extremely grateful that we had the collision insurance on the rental car. Be aware that the light in the bathroom is on a motion detector. It makes it very convenient. But when we arrived, we didn’t know that it was motion-activated, and we spent quite a long time trying to figure out how to turn the light off. Overall, I would recommend this apartment, and we would certainly book it again.
