Amazing property

We were very pleased with everything about this property. The kids loved the themed rooms and there was more than enough space for all of us to enjoy. They are great with communication if you have any questions throughout your stay. We would love to booked this place again in the future if we ever want to come back to Flordia

Orlando Disney Vacay!!

Enjoyed a week in the sun with the Family visiting a number of attractions. Had a comfortable and conveniently located House in a clean, safe family friendly location. This was our second year staying at the Solara Resort. We will be back!

Summer Vacay

The home was as pictured. It was beautiful. There were a few bumps in our stay, but the communication with the proporty management was effective. My children had a great time, and that's really all that mattered. We would stay here again.

Disney Family Vacation!

We needed a large enough house to fit our large family and this house was exactly it! We had plenty of space to spread out comfortably- plus the distance from the parks was unbeatable. Our complaints were the cleanliness (one bathroom we had to clean the shower which meant I had to go purchase cleaners), some of the rugs in the bathrooms were dirty, remotes were missing batteries or they were dead including the upstairs thermostat (everyone woke up sweating one night because it was off), ceiling fan remotes, tv remotes and gaming system controllers also included. Things were broken (top of kitchen sink faucet, bed in kids room, and one toilet seat. I spent a lot of the time taking photos to document things, searching through the night for batteries until we could go purchase new ones for the house (etc) that I felt like I was a property manager instead of on vacation which was frustrating. My family had a great time which is really important to me! However, for the sake of me being able to be on vacation and not feeling like I am working, I will try a new location and company - I would be too nervous for what I’d walk into staying here again.I will like to add that communication with staff was flawless and everyone was very kind. That was greatly appreciated!

Very Disappointed

The property management company, housekeepers, and gate security company should be re-evaluated. It's a shame that the rental of such a beautiful home is not being managed properly. I spent much of my vacation texting the management company with issues (lack of supplies upon arrival, dirty sheets, and being locked out multiple times) and was supposed to be contacted by a manager, but I never was. I'm Very disappointed in our experience!!

Great House!

We really enjoyed this house. It was exactly as advertised. Plenty of room for the 10 of us. The grandkids really enjoyed their themed rooms, the private pool as well as the resort’s splash pool. The movie room was great. Two minor disappointments, the pool person did not show up to clean on Wednesday and the pool needed to be vacuumed. Also the information concerning the resort’s flow rider is outdated by a year. Instead of $30/day or $100/ week as advertised, it is $30 for 1 hour with no daily or weekly rates offered. That said we would happily stay here again. It is close to stores and restaurants as well as Disney if you are doing that.

We are a local property management company that specializes in vacation home rentals nearby to the Disney parks and Orlando's famous attractions, shopping and dining. Our staff is always nearby so if assistance is needed, we are quick to respond. We have extended customer service hours (8:00 AM – 12:00 AM, MON-SAT. and 8AM-4PM SUNDAYS. OFFICE HOURS: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MON-SAT AND CLOSED ON SUNDAYS) to better assist our guests that spend the daytime hours at the theme parks or other amazing local activities. 24-hour emergency service is also available so you should never feel like you are on your own. You will love the service you receive from check in to check out.
