Located on the heights of Favone, only 2mn from the sandy beach, this comfortable flat in a quiet residence is the ideal place for your holidays.
Its large terrace with its beautiful view on the Favone cove, will allow you to enjoy family meals or lazy evenings after the beach.
In Favone: shops (restaurants, pizzeria, bars, grocery shop, beach articles, souvenirs)

DESCRIPTION:
- Entrance into living room with fixed sofa + sofa bed 2 places, TV, wi-fi (card). Kitchen open to living room (combined fridge-freezer, electric oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave).
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (160x200), storage space, ceiling fan
- Bedroom 2: 2 beds (80cm) that can be placed closer together, storage space, ceiling fan
- 1 bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet, WC, washing machine.
- Covered terrace: sea view and electric barbecue
- Covered garage
NB : WI-Fi connection (with tokens)
A credit card imprint as a deposit will be requested on arrival (deposit 700 euros).
Optional: cleaning (€70) and linen hire
Cleaning is compulsory if you leave before 9am.
