Mont Blanc and Aguille du Midi views galore! Great location -close to grocery and bus stop making it easy and avoid needing a rental car. Quiet neighborhood too -away from Chamonix hustle and bustle during our stay for the UTMB race. Philippe was always very responsive and gave helpful tips and info!

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour dans ce duplex très bien situé (cave, parking, commerces, paysage, station de ski). Une propreté irréprochable, un agencement très confortable. Bien chauffé, à distance.Pour les grands, attention, l'étage très mansardé.

Très beau, mais fais attention à ta tête.

Les instructions de Philippe pour l'arrivée et la maison étaient très claires, et il était très attentif à nos besoins. L'appartement est magnifique et était très propre. Malheureusement, malgré des instructions claires pour faire attention plafond dans la salle de bains, nous nous sommes fréquemment cognés la tête, mais c'était vraiment un problème mineur. C'est vraiment une propriété à apprécier.

Superbe appartement très bien agencé

Nous étions un couple avec un enfant d'1,5 ans qui a dormi dans lit bébé à disposition (petite note, pensez à prendre un petit matelas pour ce lit qui ne possède que le fond de lit) et un papa avec sa fille de 2,5 ans qui ont dormi dans la grande chambre. C'était vraiment parfait pour nous ! Appartement très propre et très fonctionnel, tout est prévu pour que tout se passe bien, bien situé près d'un supermarché et des lignes de bus accessibles en 2 min à pied. A 10 min à peine en voiture de Chamonix. Communication avec le propriétaire très facile. Vraiment un superbe séjour, appartement à recommander sans aucun doute !

Nice apartment

The apartment is in a calm neighborhood with a wonderful view on Mont Blanc form the balcony. It is cozy, with attention to details and well equipped. Another bonus: you are immediately at the bus stop to go to Chamonix and the supermarket is just nearby.

Super séjour aux Houches !

Super appartement avec grand confort : l’annonce est tout à fait conforme à la réalité. Parking juste devant le chalet. Propreté impeccable, vue sur les sommets imprenable et surtout un grand calme! Le Super U est à 50 mètres, le bus passe juste à 50 m également. Je recommande !

Perfect Chamonix Base

This such a great apartment, very nicely decorated and provisioned with everything you need for a classy stay in Les Houches/Chamonix. The host is very communicative and we had no problems at all. We would highly recommend staying here , the supermarket is just around the corner and its low enough on the road so that if there is snow you shouldn’t have too many problems getting to the apartment by car. Thanks for a great stay!

Séjour au ski en famille - hiver 2022

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine aux Houches chez Philippe. L'appartement est très confortable, spacieux pour une famille de 4, très bien équipé et Philippe s'est montré très disponible et à notre écoute pour ce séjour. Bien situé, bus à deux minutes si besoin, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
