Come and enjoy a quiet stay in this beautiful 100 m² house near the coast, in the charming town of Anneville-sur-Mer. Ideally located near the essentials of Normandy: Mont Saint-Michel, Caen, Granville, this accommodation is the perfect place for a stay with family or friends!

You will have a bright living room with a lounge area, a dining area, an open and fully equipped kitchen, a second relaxation lounge, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom as well as an outdoor courtyard and a beautiful terrace to enjoy a good meal in the sun! Private parking. Bed linen and towels provided.

Housing :

The house is composed as follows: On the ground floor: - A beautiful bright living room with a lounge area with armchairs, a coffee table, a TV and a dining area with a dining table can accommodate up to 8 guests. - A second closed living room with a sofa, an armchair, a TV and a functional fireplace. - A kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Senseo pod coffee maker... - WC.

On the first floor: - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), a desk and access to the balcony. - A bathroom with an Italian shower, a sink, a heated towel rail and a hair dryer.

On the second floor: - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), a dressing room and a balcony. - Bedroom 3: three single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), a dressing room and a balcony. - WC.

Outside: - A large gravelled courtyard, closed and without vis-à-vis, facing south-west. It is overlooked by a beautiful 35 m² terrace, and furnished with foldable sunbeds, a table, chairs, a large parasol and a barbecue to enjoy a good meal outdoors. - A lawn area with trees. - A petanque court.

the whole house is open to travelers except the technical room (cellar), and the attic.

Quit surroundings, close to the beach.

Centrally situated between all things you want to see in Normandie. The weather was against us, but then you have the advantage of the sea very nearby, so you can take a walk. If you with a dog, i can recommend a very whort drive of 5 min. To Pirou Plage, dags allowed on the beach, but on the leash. The musea are from 50 min to 1u 25 min drive. Also zoo nearby 45 to 50 min. A nice stay, if the weather is on your side, even beter. And a very spacious house with fenced garden, so your dog doesn´t wander off.

Groot huis, beetje gedateerd maar alles aanwezig. Dichtbij zee, mooi ommuurde tuin voor de honden. Heel goede communicatie met eigenaar en heel vlotte incheck en uitcheck.

Die Lages des Hauses ist super und wie beschrieben. Der Strand ist schön mit Ebbe und Flut. Wenig besucht und ruhig. Im Ort selber gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, dafür muss man fahren. Am Strand gibt es einen kleinen Imbiss. Das Haus hat stabiles Internet. Der Garten ist etwas ungepflegt, aber dennoch schön. Parkmöglichkeit vorhanden. Lediglich die Sauberkeit war nicht gegeben. Die Laken rochen nicht frisch und sahen auch nicht frisch aus. Auf einem Bett lag ein Fußnagel. Die Matratzen sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Zu beachten ist, dass ein Teil der Betten kürzer sind als 2m. Schwierig für größere Personen. Unsere Kreditkarte wurde im Nachgang belastet wegen angeblicher Verschmutzungen.

Un peu déçue

La maison est bien placée proche de la mer, 5 mn à pied . C’est agréable. Mais la route de l’ autre côté, assez proche est passante. On entend les voitures le matin. La maison est un peu vieillotte niveau déco, la cuisine petite mais la véranda est agréable et bien aménagée. Elle donne sur le jardin qui est joli. Le coin est calme quand les voisins ne taillent pas les haies....Nous avons passé pratiquement tout le temps dans cette véranda. Nous ne sommes pratiquement pas allés dans le salon qui a vue sur le voisin d’ en face et les poubelles. La proximité de la mer est vraiment l’ atout de cette maison. Le temps n’a pas éte au rendez-vous, mais c’est autre chose.

Maison au calme et proche de la mer.

Très bonne communication avec Julien et très réactif en cas de besoin. Grande maison et bien équipée, avec une belle terrasse et un terrain clos idéal pour les toutous. Proche de la plage pour de bonnes ballades. Nous recommandons cette prestation.

Toller Urlaub mit kleinen Abstrichen

Schönes Haus, schöner Garten. Liebevolle Einrichtung. Orga und Info's super. Allerdings ließ die Sauberkeit ein wenig zu wünschen übrig (Geschirr teilweise noch völlig verschmutzt, Grill verschmutzt mit Zigarettenschachtel, Blumentöpfe als Aschenbecher missbraucht und nicht gelehrt). Ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig sind die WC's ohne Waschbecken. Trotz der kleinen Abstriche ein wunderbarer Urlaub.

Sehr erholsam!

Mein Mann und ich haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Vor allen Dingen den Wintergarten mit dem Blick auf den schönen Garten haben wir genossen, das Wohnzimmer haben wir gar nicht gebraucht! Auch für unsere beiden Hunde war der eingezäunte Garten optimal. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz, das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, man kann problemlos mit offenem Fenster schlafen! Supermarkt und Bäckerei sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Eine nette Geste war auch das Begrüßungsgeschenk, ein Kaffeebecher mit einem Foto vom Haus - eine schöne Erinnerung an den Urlaub - sowie eine Flasche Champagner! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
