Kamaole Sands 3-101 is a 1-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the ground floor level facing the tropical gardens in the center of the complex. It features a split A/C system - in the living area and the bedroom. Enjoy the lush beauty of Maui from this single-level condo and take a swim at the resort pool or walk across the street to Kamaole Beach Park III. Take in a sunset on the lanai, where you will enjoy a peekaboo ocean view. This condo is spacious, open, and bright, and accommodates a maximum of two guests.

The interior is remodeled and provides all the comforts of home: a convenient and well-stocked kitchen, updated décor, comfortable living area, a 55" smart TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The bedroom features a king bed and cable TV.

For the safety of all guests and to ensure proper emergency communication, Kamaole Sands requires all guests to check in at the front desk upon arrival. My Perfect Stays provides your reservation details in advance, so the front desk staff will be expecting you and ready to welcome you. Please note that failure to complete the check-in process will result in a $100 fee charged to the guest.

Kamaole Sands is 15 acres of tropical grounds with amenities such as tennis and pickleball courts, an expansive pool area with wading pool, two spas, exercise facility, several BBQ/outdoor dining areas, and parking. Kamaole Sands Resort is located in South Maui in a town called Kihei across the street from Kamaole III Beach, a nice beach for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing, sunset viewing, and spotting sea turtles! It is close to many shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Located in South Kihei, this resort is close to many of Maui's top 10 beaches, such as Wailea Beach and Makena Beach.

*** This unit is on the North side of a large, beautifully landscaped courtyard. The Kamaole Sands buildings on the South side of the property will be undergoing roof and waste pipe replacements through December 2025. Throughout this period, although the buildings being worked on are some distance from this unit, there could be noise due to construction activities, and there will be no reserved/deeded parking (open parking policy) at the complex. ***

If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
