Tropical ground-floor unit with private lanai

Kamaole Sands 3-101 is a 1-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the ground floor level facing the tropical gardens in the center of the complex. It features a split A/C system - in the living area and the bedroom. Enjoy the lush beauty of Maui from this single-level condo and take a swim at the resort pool or walk across the street to Kamaole Beach Park III. Take in a sunset on the lanai, where you will enjoy a peekaboo ocean view. This condo is spacious, open, and bright, and accommodates a maximum of two guests.

The interior is remodeled and provides all the comforts of home: a convenient and well-stocked kitchen, updated décor, comfortable living area, a 55" smart TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The bedroom features a king bed and cable TV.

*Kamaole Sands has a resort fee of $71.67 (this fee is increasing to $76.67 starting June 1, 2025) that is included in your reservation total. We will pay this on your behalf.

Kamaole Sands is 15 acres of tropical grounds with amenities such as tennis and pickleball courts, an expansive pool area with wading pool, two spas, exercise facility, several BBQ/outdoor dining areas, and parking. Kamaole Sands Resort is located in South Maui in a town called Kihei across the street from Kamaole III Beach, a nice beach for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing, sunset viewing, and spotting sea turtles! It is close to many shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Located in South Kihei, this resort is close to many of Maui's top 10 beaches, such as Wailea Beach and Makena Beach.

*** This unit is on the North side of a large, beautifully landscaped courtyard. The Kamaole Sands buildings on the South side of the property will be undergoing roof and waste pipe replacements through December 2025. Throughout this period, although the buildings being worked on are some distance from this unit, there could be noise due to construction activities, and there will be no reserved/deeded parking (open parking policy) at the complex. ***

15 year anniversary!

This place was perfect .. great location, well supplied kitchen as well as beach and pool items. All we had to do was shop for our food and that was easy with several store options. Would come again in a heart beat and rent the same location.

Spacious Maui Condo

Beautiful grounds, this condo was fully stocked with all that is needed for a stay. It was very apparent that the owners took pride in this condo and wanted to make sure guests had what they needed for a great vacation. Perfect for us!

Loved this property!

We come to Maui once or twice a year and this condo was the best place we have stayed! It was so clean with good linens and towels! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed! The a/c worked great which is sometimes hard to find! The owner was very responsive to calls and emails and followed up quickly! I would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous for a couple!

Super clean! Very well decorated and updated! Kitchen had everything you would need. Bed was very comfy! We saw other units during our stay and they did not hold a candle to ours.

Great stay! Great location!

We had a wonderful stay at Kamaole Sands. The unit had nice upgrades, the kitchen was well stocked w/ appliances and utensils and the beds were super cozy! It was so nice to have a Murphy bed instead of just a pullout couch :). The unit itself is close to the pool which my kids really enjoyed. My family and I will definitely consider staying in this fantastic unit again!

Great ground floor unit!

We spent a week here and we were surprised at how quiet and convenient it was. This is a great unit for a couple with quick access to the grounds. It is very close to the pool but not noisy at all. Well situated to catch the evening breeze to cool off.

Updated condo with great amenities

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights recently and had a fantastic stay. The owners have done a fantastic job at decorating the unit with newer linens, furniture, decor etc. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We used the BBQ grill every night too! I would 100% stay here again.

Five Star

The condo was very comfortable and was located in an ideal spot on the property, with a walk-out deck that was close to the pool. Our communications with My Perfect Stays were professional, and the door code was a great feature that avoids the need for carrying physical keys around. More generally, we have always like Kamaole Sands as a great choice within Kihei.

Paradise for a Couple

This was a quick five-day stay for us, but the unit was perfect - very well appointed with all things beach and kitchen that we could need. We loved having the two bathrooms. We also ended up really liking that the pool was so close, but not so close that it was noisy. A quick walk across the street to Kam III beach park for sunset with the cooler made for a great way to end the day! We will be back!

Great time had by all

The unit appears to have been remodeled recently. Firm mattress, newer furniture with updated baths and kitchen makes for wonderful experience on the ground floor of a 3-story condo complex. The presence of maintenance people by day and security at night kept any element of riff-raff (or homeless) away for a safe experience for kids and adults alike.

Perfect

A beautiful spot for our anniversary getaway. The condo was very clean, as beautiful as in the photos, and very well stocked. I could've packed lots less. Haha. I would highly recommend this unit and look forward to staying here when we return.

A very comfortable stay

The condo itself was very clean and comfortable (esp the bed) and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Lots of beach gear available too. We had a glitch when trying to get into the condo as we were given a code for the unit but it didn't work on the door handle pad. We then realized the code was for the lock box for the key. Would've been helpful to have known this beforehand. Guest services were quick to respond to any questions and were very helpful. The larger property is beautiful and well maintained. Great pool and close to beaches. The lanai is a little small but nice for sitting. We would definitely stay here again.

Great unit & customer service

Just go ahead and book this stay already! Truly perfect unit. Can see the ocean from the porch, 5 min walk, but you are blocked from all the car noise. Beaches in Wailea are flawless, fantastic snorkeling, and the surrounding area is great for an evening walk and some fish tacos. Really well stocked kitchen, super comfy bed. Amazing customer service and communication. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Perfect Family Location

This was a perfect spot for our family of 4 (kids age 4 & 6). The murphy bed was perfect for the kids. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week. We really enjoyed being able to walk out to the pool and beach. The Owner has some great gear to use at the beach so you don't need to pack your own chairs and sand toys. The communication from the management group was excellent. Easy to check-in / check-out. We will definitely consider staying again in the future.

Great staying with family

I loved Kamaole Sands' programs and facilities. The pool was great for a young child. Our first-floor room was also perfect for them. I want to give five stars to the room itself. Everything was cozy. So, my boy denied going outside for a few days. He was just delighted in the nice air-conditioned room.

Perfect Home Away from Home

We were so happy with the property. It was exactly what was advertised. The process of renting was beyond simple and felt really supported. The location is perfect on the property and in the town of Kihei. I have to say that the property was one of the reasons we had such a relaxing and comfortable stay. Really was a home away from home. All the supplies in the kitchen and the fun toys for the beach were all perfect. Beds were comfy, linens a plenty so really no complaints. If you want a great place to stay, look no further.

This condo has everything!

Great location. We enjoyed the nearby beach and all of the beach gear as well as the murphy bed. The kitchen was well stocked, and freezer was stocked with ice and freezer blocks for the coolers. The bathrooms are beautifully renovated. Bedding is in great shape. My only complaint was a smell of moisture in the master bathroom. Property management was responsive.

Kihei stay

Property had everything we could possibly need. Lots of care in the details here. Great location for families on the garden level and close to pool. Unit had all amenities for the beach and fully stocked kitchen. My single feedback would be a foldable wagon to bring beach goods and cooler down to the beach. That’s not any knock just a great addition our friends had with their unit.
