This fully furnished Beachfront condo is located in beautiful Edgewater Beach Resort. 2 bedroom, 2 bath deluxe has been updated with New: Mattresses and bedroom furniture (2024), Granite counter-tops, Appliances, Cabinets, Beautiful Ceramic tile Flooring, Furniture, Lighting & Décor. Balcony access from Living Room & Master Suite. Master overlooks Beach and has a King size bed with private bath. The Junior suite has 2 Queen beds and guest bathroom. Also, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeps 6-8 comfortable! Guaranteed CLEAN, you will NOT be disappointed!**Must be 25 years of age or older to reserve and Occupy!
Edgewater is one of the finest full service beach resorts in PCB, on the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Exclusive amenities include 11,800 sq.ft. lagoon Pool with waterfalls & tropical landscaping, 9 heated pools(seasonal), 4 hot tubs, Peak Season Pool side activities/live music, Pizza Shack, Ocean's full service restaurant & bar, Edgie's/Starbucks Coffee Shop/Ice Cream Parlor, Spa, Fitness Center, Pro Shop, Executive 9 hole Golf Course, & 11 lighted Tennis/Basketball courts. Free Access to Sports Courts and Fitness Center. Equipment Rental and 9 Hole Golf Course are additional cost.
**Resort Fee/Guest Registration of $50 is paid one time regardless of the length of stay, # of guests and if no vehicle will be accessing/parking on property. Link will be provided after booking to access this Registration site. This fee covers ALL parties of the reservation which coincide with the number of people the property sleeps and includes 1 vehicle pass. 2nd Resort access vehicle pass: $30; 3rd Resort access vehicle pass: $50. Motorcycles (during non-Bike weeks): $20 each. RVs/trailers/any pull-behind: $40/week during non-Bike weeks and only allowed through the months of Sept though May.**
Cancellation Policy: 20% due at booking; remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. If canceling outside of the 30 days prior to check in, the Initial Down Payment of Reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE. In many cases, IF the property is re-reserved for the same dates at the same rate as the cancelled reservation we work with our customers on a partial refund of the 20% down payment.
If canceling within the 30 days of check in, the TOTAL balance is NON-REFUNDABLE. Purchasing Travel Insurance would provide peace of mind in the instance that the reservation will be cancelled within the 30 day payment window or in the event of a major weather event such as a Hurricane. We highly recommend guests purchase trip insurance if there are concerns about loss of job, sick kids, named storms or the potential of a death in the family.

Spring Break Getaway

This condo (tower 2, Floor 7) at was absolutely amazing! The pictures are true to the actual appearance. Looking out over the Gulf if Mexico never gets old. The property is beautiful and offers so much to do. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely perfect!

This was our second stay at Edgewater and it did not disappoint. We love all of the amenities. This condo was the best we’ve ever stayed at anywhere! The owners thought of everything to make it a special getaway. Everything from all the special beach decor, the most comfortable beds, soft couch pillows, enough seating for the entire family and even toothbrush holders! I definitely recommend this condo and will stay here again!

Nice but need upgrades

The property could use some upgrades especially near the pool & hot tube for Tower II. The refrigerator wasn't cleaned prior to our check in. The property overall is nice but wasn't as cleaned as it could have been.

Condo by Ocean

Went to PCB and stayed at the resort for a dance competition. There are much cheaper options of housing at the resort, but we wanted ocean access and paid dearly for it. The condo was very clean and fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels and full kitchen. Give your cleaning staff a raise, they did a great job. The description of the condo was very accurate. The tile floor was clean and made for easy cleanup of sand. The furniture was newer and clean. The view from the porch and main bedroom bay window were spectacular of the ocean. There was a smaller pool and hot tub just outside of Tower 2. Most guests were done swimming by 10pm and late night noise was not a factor. Access to the beach is steps away from Tower 2. The sand is white and the water was fairly clear but there was seaweed washing ashore this week. The resort itself was fine with one casual restaurant, a small store for essentials and snacks. The main pool was nice but no lifeguards. There was plenty of seating.

Gorgeous condo with amazing view!

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo at Edgewater resort this week. The condo was so clean on arrival and we were so impressed with the decor and how fully stocked it was. We were able to make breakfast each morning before heading down for the beach and always had all utensils we needed. We loved how the condo has beach chairs and pool floats and sand toys from previous guests and it was nice to use those instead of our own. Tower 2 was a great location and a very short walk to the beach and the main pool and even had a nice pool of their own. We loved the Tiki airbrush shop where my kids were able to pick out some cool custom t-shirts.The couple who owns it are very nice. The bars by the main pool were great and made excellent food as well as drinks. Poolside DJs were fun as well as the nighttime entertainment. We enjoyed dining at Sharkys, the Grand Marlin, Gulf Coast Burger company where a robot delivers milkshakes, and the Shrimp Basket. All had delicious food as well as Parlor doughnuts and the Pink Pelican ice cream for some sweet treats. The complex is very fun and has plenty of things to do. This was perfect as our kids were older and like to stay up late. Erica at Stay at the beach rentals was so nice and helpful in making sure we had everything we needed for our upcoming stay. We would love to come stay at this rental again!

Perfect family rental!

We had an excellent experience! Everything was as described online, super clean, gorgeous views, comfortable seating, comfortable beds, etc. We had several friends staying in other units and they all commented on how much they loved the layout and decor of our unit. The layout was very open and the decor was beachy without being too busy or overwhelming. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful Getaway

We booked this property for a temporary dwelling during God‘s Feast of Tabernacles in PCB. We were so happy with the owner and with our condo that we have temporarily held it for next year as well. It is a clean, convenient, nicely decorated, perfectly situated, beautiful get away!

Great week with family

We really enjoyed our stay. The elevators were a short wait. The view was beautiful. We had a bonfire on the beach (set up by resort) that was a very special memory with our friends.
