Charming House with Garden

Our bright and open studio is equipped with a full bathroom, kitchenette, private porch, and room to comfortably sleep 4 guests. It is completely separate from the main house and you will have your own private entrance and driveway.
*To clarify past confusions, we are NOT located in Los Angeles city which is a minimum of 35 minutes drive away (with no traffic).

This is a charming garden house. You can have a private garden and relax in the garden during the day. You would like to read, listen to music and drink coffee. The coffee machine is specially prepared for guests. At night, you can be in a colorful world, beautiful lights let you feel that every day is Christmas.

**Also, during Covid-19, the host carefully prepared disposable gloves and hand sanitizer for guests.**

Only allow smoking at backyard.

1.Pls put a parking permit that places on the counter of kitchen in your car when you check in; put it back when you check out. Check in by yourself.

2.Pls turn on 75°C and turn off AC when you go out, close the door and window when it's on. If you need to do laundry, pls send me a message B4 5pm.

Pls don't throw toilet papers in a toilet but in a trash can next to a toilet. Pls clean used dishes, silverwares and put them on counter of kitchen.

Wonderfully pleasant, and discreet host family.

The family was wonderful, and made it feel like I had my own place. Thank you for such a pleasant stay! Would definitely recommend for someone looking for a private peaceful environment, thank you again for all your cooperation.

RENTER BEWARE!!!

THIS PLACE IS A DUMP. 1 BATH TOWEL, 1 HAND TOWEL AND 1 MULTIPURPOSE CLOTH TO WASH YOUR FACE, THE DISHES & YOUR BUTT. KITCHEN SINK & BATHROOM BASIN ARE 1 IN THE SAME. SIGNS BY COMMODE SAYS PLEASE NO TOLIET PAPERS IN TOLIET. TV HAS FOREIGN LANGUAGE AND SHOPPING STATIONS ONLY. YARD A GARBAGE DUMP.

Misrepresented/ Do not recommend

We arrived just prior to midnight at the property. It was difficult to locate. The grass was knee high and garbage on the front porch. We had no where else to go. The patio was dirty and unkempt. The instructions were to not wear shoes, keep the temperature at 75 degrees, not to flush toilet paper. We stayed. Mistake. The next morning, in the daylight I further cofimed the misrepresentation, when the power went out while using a hair dryer. I spoke with the owner about the misrepresentation. I had paid for 7 night. I told her I would gladly pay for 2 nights and asked for a refund of 5 nights. I contacted VRBO and sent photos. To this point I have received no help. Still waiting on VRBO and the property owner.

Clean and easy to find parking

First off this place was very clean. I was easy to find and check in was easy. The host messaged me with the needed details before I arrived and had a parking permit waiting for me when I got there, which allowed parking right in front of the gate. Location is good lots of spots to eat within walking distance and most of your major fast food chains are in the area. Would diffidently not hesitate to stay there again.

Close to mini marts

Walking distance from taco shops and 7-11. Great security, and convenient for a quick DoorDash. 1 hour away from Burbank.

Small Lovely Casita

This was a nice place that my friends and I were able to stay at for a concert. Property manager was very nice and gave us all the amenities we needed to have a great time.
