Welcome to your perfect Up North getaway! This newly constructed home features all-new furnishings, an open floor plan, and thoughtful amenities for a comfortable and memorable stay. Just a short walk to the beach, downtown shops and restaurants, ice cream, parks, and the seasonal farmers market. Enjoy evenings around the backyard fire pit with s’mores or grill dinner on the spacious deck.

Whether you’re planning a summer vacation or a winter ski trip, this home is your ideal base. Boyne Mountain is just 5 miles away, with easy access to skiing, snowboarding, tubing, ice skating, and year-round fun. You’re also close to Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands for even more adventure. In warmer months, enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking, swimming, fishing, boating, golfing, and exploring scenic Avalanche Preserve—just a short walk from the front door.

We absolutely loved this house and felt right at home. We booked this last minute for spring break with two kids and two adults. Located just 10 minutes from Boyne Mountain. We skied all day, had dinner in downtown Boyne City, and made it home in time to unwind with games, puzzles, or a movie. Games, puzzles, and smart TV were supplied by the host and offered entertainment for two adults, and a 6 and 11 year old.Beds were comfortable, space was very clean, and had all the amenities we would have at home. Host was a great communicator and made sure we got into the space, and was prompt in replies. We didn’t need anything during our stay but if we did I felt confident they would be on top of it.We will definitely be back!

100% recommend! Fabulous and comfortable house with everything you need. Walking to town was a treat for all the restaurants and shopping. Laura was the best host! Lots of info upfront to plan and offered early check in without us asking. It’s not always possible and it made our travel day so much easier. Will definitely stay again, great house, host and town.

Long weekend stay

My friend and I stayed here for a long weekend with our sons. House is very clean and comes with everything you need. Close to town but in a quiet area. Really enjoyed the fire pit each night.

Boyne City Gem!

Our second time staying in this gorgeous home. As good, if not better than the photos, fantastic location, and amazing communication with owner. Will continue to rent any time we are in the area! Both times we have stayed were for a baseball tournaments, so had several other families staying around the same area. All who stopped by the house both years have been envious of the beautiful place we found to stay. 10/10 recommend!
