Residence of 38 apartments, built in 1982. Apartment on the second floor with elevator (level 4) of a residence in the center of La Clusaz. At the foot of the slopes and ski lessons. 400 m from the leisure center in summer. Walking access to all amenities, shops, ice rink in winter, start of slopes. View of the Beauregard massif. Quiet.
