Fantastic location with walking distance to central town.

Great location and fantastic town to visit. If you are into architecture then this is the place. Restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. Location is near the yacht basin and close to the sea.

Rue de la mere

Excellent location. Within walking distance of all facilities. Comfortable beds. Good working kitchen. Nice outdoor area and garden. Only two of the three showers were working properly. Washing machine fine but no line or pegs. No kettle for boiling water. Television not operable and no lounge chairs, just a long sofa and backless sofa.

Property has good points, but needs attention and a more attentive host.

POSITIVES: Excellent location, even though NOWHERE NEAR where Vrbo shows on the map. Excellent shops, markets, supermarket close - plus beach reasonably near. Excellent mattresses and good bed linen & towels. Nice small garden for small children. NEGATIVES: We had to clean the house on arrival. Main shower and main toilet seat need maintenance. Hot water runs out even with no baths. Very cheap kitchen units. Even cheaper & unstable dining table. 4 working dining chairs for 8 people plus 1 unusably broken. HOST: Tiresomely unresponsive to questions. Tardy & incomplete responses. Absolute refusal to engage with or fix a dangerous (for small children!) old broken side gate. OVERALL: We enjoyed Deauville and had comfortable nights, but don’t stay here if you want a host who cares as much about his clients as he does about his own convenience and profits. Keys are a nightmare to use. All 3 front door locks need replacing.

Maison avenue de la mer à deauville

Évier bouché salle de bain fuyante au RDC . Petit déjeuner : PAS 1 BOL. Déjeuner : pas 1 verre à vin , pas 1 verre à champagne . Poêle historique . Aucune info sur les enlèvements de poubelles . Persiennes des chambres impossibles à fermer le soir ,, donc réveil matinal.

Das Haus ist sehr gut aufgeteilt und bietet guten Komfort. Die Lage zum Strand ist perfekt.

Das Haus eignet sich hervorragend für einen Aufenthalt mit der Familie. Die Aufteilung des Hauses bietet sehr gute Möglichkeiten, Klein und Groß unterzubringen. Die gut ausgestattete Küche und ein großzügiger Wohn-/Essbereich bieten beste Aufenthaltsqualität. Der Hausbesitzer erwies sich mit keinen Willkommensgaben (Obst, Bereitstellung von Handwaschcreme, Grillkohle u.a.m.) als sehr guter Gastgeber. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Séjour 3 jours Pâques 2023

Accueil parfait ! Comme dans un hôtel HDG, corbeille de fruits, boissons vous attendent pour vous relaxer... Dans les chambres, les peignoirs sont pliés sur chaque lit et le linge de maison présent dans les 3 sdb. Maison très bien située (rue très calme) et proche tant du centre ville que des planches et donc de la plage. En résumé : séjour parfait ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Superbe location

La maison est très jolie et très confortable. Le propriétaire réserve des attentions( corbeille de fruits, boissons au frais, thé, café) aux arrivants qui sont très délicates. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour .

La maison est très bien placée : proche du centre ville , à deux pas du marché :) et très proche également des planches ! La maison est agréable , au calme et propre . Son propriétaire est adorable : accueillant , toujours disponible et reactif ! Je vous la recommande !

Excellent property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Deauville. The property was an excellent size and location with easy access to the town centre and the beach. Yohan remained in good communication before and after our stay and we could not have been happier. I can highly recommend this property.

nombreux cotés positifs mais lacunes et surtout manque d'informations sur le fonctionnement de la ma

bonne localisation , propreté impeccable , confort général , fournitures linge et serviettes appréciée . Cotés négatifs : quelques ustensiles manquants et quelques appareils ne fonctionnant pas ; Manque d'informations sur le fonctionnement notamment du téléviseur ou du climatiseur, ou encore pas d'informations sur le tri sélectif et l'enlèvement des ordures ménagères . En résumé bon séjour malgré ces cotés négatifs .

Superbe maison à proximité de tout

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison très bien conçue avec un joli jardin ensoleillé à proximité des commerces et de la plage. La maison est très agréable à vivre avec de belles attentions du propriétaire (peignoirs sur les lits, corbeille de fruits à l’arrivée) . Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!

Très beau séjour

La maison est moderne, agréable , bien équipée et très bien située . Le jardin est spacieux et bien ensoleillée. Je remercie le propriétaire pour toutes ces délicates attentions à notre arrivée ( eau et jus au frais , fruits , peignoirs , chaussons , savon …) Merci pour ce beau séjour !
